About the home

Our new apartment is centrally located close to Larnaca. The private complex is great for families with it's 2 pools and children's play room. For the adults there is a sauna and a gymnasium. The apartment offers full air conditioning and the kitchen has granite worktops for that touch of luxury. If you like to be pampered our adjacent sister complex includes Spa facilities and more pools if you fancy a change.

You can walk to the old Village of Tersefanou. Near the pretty church and village square there is a traditional Meze house with tranquil garden, a restaurant for the local specialities and a small taverna. The supermarket with it's friendly Cypriot staff will provide most of your daily needs.

Victoria Exclusive apartments are beautifully finished and are amongst the best in the area. There is allocated parking and lifts to all levels. The gymnasium with large sauna compliment the two large swimming pools. There is a play room for the children, sun beds and umbrellas for everyone and our apartment has a huge balcony large enough for alfresco dining and relaxing.

The Larnaca region

LARNACA, the best and most central base for any stay in Cyprus.

Larnaca, renowned as the international gateway to Cyprus, is one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world. The ancient architecture sits happily alongside the modern palm tree lined, beachfront promenade. Nearby you can browse the massive new marina with over 450 berths for fishing vessels and yachts. Scuba-diving and water sports are available here.

A truly cosmopolitan city with all the facilities any modern traveller would expect.
Larnaca district averages 340 days of sunshine a year, ideal for the family getaway or for couples with friends.

Just 45 minutes north is Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, partitioned from the Turkish north, but having a beautiful old town. Well worth a visit
.
45 minutes north east brings you to the Famagusta area and Ayia Napa with it's fantastic beaches and nightlife. Nearby, Cape Grecko is a fabulous area of outstanding natural beauty. If you travel across the Turkish border you can visit the 'ghost town' of Famagusta itself.

Travel 60 minutes South West of Larnaca and you arrive at Paphos, Aphrodites area, steeped again with history. Also here are 2 golf courses.

60 minutes West, then North takes you to the Troodos mountain area. Absolutely wonderful little villages set amongst the pine trees and hills. Escape the summer heat here and enjoy the hospitality in the tavernas.

The Tersefanou area

Tersefanou is centrally placed for the whole of Cyprus. The old village is traditionally built around it's lovely church and the square. It has one of the best and prettiest meze houses around. There are supermarkets, a take away and a taverna all in the village.

Just 5 minutes by car is the village of Kiti, here you have a choice;
Modern, with chique new restaurants and beautiful shops.
Or traditional old, boasting the oldest and most famous church on the island. It has one of the most stunning mosaics to be seen anywhere.

Not more than another 5 minutes, there are beaches near Pervolia, (where you can hire bicycles), Faros and Meneou. Also visit the lighthouse at Kiti point.
The children will also surely take you to Dreamland, a play centre where the adults can relax by the pool or bar whilst they enjoy! Next door is a garden centre just to remind you of home!

If you travel towards Larnaca for 10 minutes you pass the massive old salt lakes and if you are lucky enough to be staying in winter or early spring you can see the pink flamingos.

Ever kissed a camel? Just 15 minutes away at Mazatos is the camel park. Great for children and adults alike!

This local area is great to explore, there are lots more attractions not mentioned that you are sure to discover.

“Great location to visit the island, I'll return.” Large appartment. What you see in pictures from the site is what you get and more. Huge terrace, quiet area, perfect pool, cosy home... Excellent choice, we will return next year

The owners treated us as family and dealt with us in the most courteous manner. The apartment was great and had all that we required. Yes Larnaca is a brilliant base for seeing the whole island.There was some building work going on in parts of the village but it didn't really effect the resort or our holiday. BRILLIANT VALUE FOR OUR MONEY!
