The lovely, totally relaxing villa “No Limit” is located in the private, guard gated community of Terres Basses, the French Lowlands, on the beautiful island of St Martin. This impressive 3 bedroom villa with a contemporary edge offers stunning sunset ocean views towards Baie Longue and the island of Saba.

With the latest in luxurious design features, No Limit offers a beautiful oversized infinity pool with an extensive deck and a poolside gazebos, perfect for shaded lounging on hot afternoons.

The villa’s sleek interiors include a large open-plan living area opening out to a covered outside lounge, an adjacent TV viewing room and a stylish modern kitchen leading out to the terrace and wet bar area. The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, full size side by side refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, blender, Ice Machine, espresso machine, microwave, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.

The three equal sized, air-conditioned bedrooms all offer beautiful views of the sunset over Baie Longue and the Caribbean sea, king beds, ceiling fans, and designer bathrooms with walk-in shower, double sinks, and hair dryers. All 3 bedrooms have independent access from the pool terrace.
