This property originates from an ancient farmhouse and was restored and enlarged in 1983. It is situated on top of the hill adjoining the Temple of Giove. There are very evocative views of Terracina and the Pontine islands, the headland of the Circeo and the Pontina plain.
The villa is 3km, or five minutes driving, from Terracina town centre which can be reached following the road signs to the Temple of Giove-Cemetery.
The building is divided into two apartments for rent (called “Angelo1”, “Angelo2"); they are on the first and second floors of the house.

The Lazio region
Lazio varies from gently rolling hills and a fertile agricultural hinterland to a lovely shimmering coastline.Olive groves and vineyards cover much of the countryside where various game and wild boar run freely. Wild boar finds its way into Roman cuisine but traditional cuisine from this region was based on offal and slow, inventive cooking making flavoursome recipes.
Pasta is still the main ingredient of any meal and Rome is also well know for its fish and seafood restaurants and dishes. Rome is home of La Dolce Vita and therefore visiotrs can try sumptuous cakes, pastries and ice cream.
Rome: Visitors are overawed with evidence of its history on every corner. The past is alive and is inseparable with the present. Those treasures that we would have protected behind bullet-proof glass in our own country, lie unnoticed amongst overgrown weeds and surrounded by half wild cats on the edges of the paths. This abundance of wealth is unique in Rome.
The city has such a lot of sightseeing to offer for a vacation, and thus a short stay does not suffice, not even for an overview. It is therefore very important to set priorities beforehand by listing special personal interests for a vacation. The rest can be left for another time.
Terracina Mare area
Erracina, with its 15km of coastline stretching along a broad gulf, lies just over 100km from Rome and 120km from Naples. Numerous remains bear witness to its Roman past. Terracina, however, also played a significant role in the Middle Ages. A short walk through the old town is sufficient to discover charming little corners with shops, local bars, cellars and numerous signs of the town’s history. From the Piazza del Municipio the two symbols of Terracina, the sea and the Temple of Jupiter (Giove Anxur), can be seen.
This was once part of a monumental complex, forming an acropolis on the summit of Monte S. Angelo, giving a breathtaking view over the bay and the Pontine Islands, and on especially clear days, as far as Campania and the islands of Ischia and Capri. The beautiful, long, sandy beach provides the ideal conditions for seaside holidays in Italy.
