Home description
This property is located in Penally, a quiet little village just one mile outside of Tenby, a very popular holiday destination. It benefits from the tranquillity of a village and the amenities of Tenby town. There are several excellent holiday attractions very close by, including Folly Farm, Dinosaur Park and Oakwood.
This property is situated on the entrance to the Pembrokshire national Park and is a short scenic walk to the most beautiful beach. A safe and picturesque path brings you to a beach that has it all, lovely soft sand, amazing shells and rock pools, pebbles in all colours and a great view across a calm bay to Caldy Island, upon which is a Benedictine Monastery. Alongside the beach runs the Pembrokshire coastal path, a walk suitable for enthusiasts of all abilities.
The property itself has two large living spaces downstairs and can sleep 6 people comfortably upstairs, with a cot available should it be required. Also available, if required, a full range of Children's items.

From this quiet, safe and stunning base there is plenty to see and do all year round. The legendary Tenby with its miles of beaches, pubs and shops are within a short walk across the beach or 5 minutes by car or bus. The hundreds of miles of walkways across pembrokshire all start on the doorstep.
During the winter months the coastline takes on an all new atmosphere which is missed by the summer visitors. The nights here are wonderful due to the idilic location and lack of city lights.

Families can take advantage of theme, adventure and water parks all within 30 minutes drive which offer fun and adventure no matter what the weather.

How to get there
Car 1 Mile outside of Tenby, further instructions available on booking.
Train Take the train to Tenby and connect to Penally. Please make the guard aware that you wish the train to stop at Penally as it is by request only. 5 Minute walk only from station to house.
Bus From Tenby or Pembroke to Penally and the bus stops outside at Alma Gardens.

Where I have offered flexibility on your number of nights you calculate the nightly rate by dividing the weekly rate by 5 multiply by the number of nights you require and then add a further £30.
All bookings must be confirmed by the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of the higher of 20% of the total fee or £200.
The balance of your booking must be received 4 weeks before your stay.
We accept payment via a cheque or direct bank transfer in GBPs only
In terms of cancellation:
~ within two weeks of your stay; you lose 100% of your fee
~ between three and two weeks of your stay; you lose 75% of your fee
~ between four and three weeks of your stay; you lose 50% of your fee
~ Over four weeks before your stay; you lose your deposit
All breakages must be paid for.
