Home description

This is a high quality three bedroom apartment sleeping six people comfortably (2 double rooms and one room with two single beds). The master bedroom has its own en-suite with luxury shower. The apartment also has a stylish family bathroom and well equipped/modern kitchen.

It has a comfortable living area which comes complete with flat screen digital TV and DVD player. There are a selection of DVDs for all ages to choose from. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the old town walls which are illuminated by night. The apartment block has a lift so accommodates people who have restricted movement.

Having a base in Tenby is an excellent place for your holiday. The town itself is recognised for its beauty and its magical harbour. It has two blue flag beaches within 5 mins walk of the apartment. The area comes complete with significant historical interest as well as modern activities such Heatherton Activity Park, Wildlife Park, the Blue Lagoon water park and karting at Carew. A 15 min drive will take you to Narberth a beautiful town complete with high class boutiques for a unique shopping experience.


Tenby area

Perched high on a promontory in the Pembrokeshire National Park, Tenby is a ridiculously pretty little town that somehow manages to have escaped modernisation. So, as you stroll down cobbled lanes to a tiny working harbour lined with tall, pastel-hued houses, you feel as if you've walked into a Jane Austen novel. It is this remarkable preservation of the historical treasures that makes Tenby so special. Even the medieval castle walls, built by the Pembrokeshire earls in 1264 to fortify the town from the Welsh, remain virtually intact.

The town has a range of excellent places to eat, from award winning fish and chip shops to some really good restaurants serving the local catch. It has a good mix of night life but is also suitable for families and those who enjoy a quieter time.


How to get there

From within the mainland UK Tenby is less than 2 hours from Cardiff and around 4 hours from London. During the summer months there is a direct train from London Paddington. For visitors from Ireland Tenby is less than 1 hour from Fishguard

Where I have offered flexibility on your number of nights you calculate the nightly rate by dividing the weekly rate by 7 multiply by the number of nights you require and then add a further £40.

All bookings must be confirmed by the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of the higher of 20% of the total fee or £200.

The balance of your booking must be received 4 weeks before your stay.

We accept payment via a cheque or direct bank transfer in GBPs only

In terms of cancellation:

within two weeks of your stay; you lose 100% of your fee

between three and two weeks of your stay; you lose 75% of your fee

between four and three weeks of your stay; you lose 50% of your fee

Over four weeks before your stay; you lose your deposit

All breakages must be paid for.
