Stretton House in Tenby is a charming generous sized 17th century cottage on a quaint cobbled side street located within the medieval town walls. The house is situated 100 yards from the centre of town and the Paragon which has steps down to the fabulous south beach, making this property ideally located.

The House is undergoing extensive renovations to a high standard to include new kitchen, open plan with dining and snug areas. Two separate lounges, utility area and downstairs loo. 4 bedrooms upstairs, two king size with en-suites, quad family rooom, child bunks small bedroom and a family bathroom.

Perfect for family holidays, south Pembrokeshire is full of places to visit and things to do with its historic castles, golden sandy beaches, renowned coastal path, glorious scenery and numerous family attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm and Manor House Wildlife Park.

Good sized enclosed sunny rear patio garden with attractive golden bark border with potted plants. Patio table and chairs x4. Large table with integral benches can be joined with table to sit 10. Some on street parking, limited availability in peak summer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sherry and Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Sherry and Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
