Rooftops is a modern flat situated in the heart of Tenby, one of Wales' most celebrated towns. Designed to sleep 2, the flat is perfectly situated to enjoy panoramic views through velux windows of Tenby"s famous harbour and out to sea across Carmarthen Bay. Just 3 minutes walk and you're on the beach, and even less to the shops, pubs and restaurants of this popular and picturesque seaside town. Rooftops, as the name suggests, is on the third floor of an impressive listed 200 year old Georgian building. This is a 3 star property, as awarded by Visit Wales.

In our opinion, one of the main features which sets Rooftops apart from other accommodation is the location; being seconds from the town centre and with beaches almost on your doorstep. This means that if one of you wants to look around the shops or walk on the beach, leaving your partner to have a lie-in, then it's easy to do. No driving or lengthy walks required!

We have even supplied a fishing rod for your use if you fancy giving it a go.

As the flat occupies the loft space, there is restricted headroom in some of the corners.

Further details outdoors

Tenby is home to all the amenities you could wish for. There are dozen"s of pubs and restaurants. There is a Tesco within one minute of the front door, and also Sainsbury's within the town.

Most banks are represented and there is a myriad of shops if you fancy a change from the beach.

A private and secure garage is available for your use. This is about a 4 or 5 minute walk from the property. This is a valuable and rare feature in Tenby.

During the summer months, the main town centre is pedestrianised for a part of the day which means, depending on your arrival time, you may be unable to drive within the town walls. This could mean that you will need to park and then walk the few minutes to the property with any luggage.

"Rooftops"

Lovely, well equipped, warm and spotlessly clean flat in the heart of Tenby. The flat is at the top of the house, close enough to the sea and town centre but far enough away to be quiet . We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed had been provided by the helpful and considerate owners. We hope to return again soon.

"Topfloor flat - top floor gem!!"

What a lovely appartment, we had a great time in Tenby made extremely comfortable and trouble free by the time that we spent at rooftops. We slept like babies and being in the centre of Tenby there was no noise whatsoever from all the nightlife and revellers that were about late at night. The seagulls behaved and were friendly, Debb fed them from the window every time we came back, lets hope they are not too demanding next time we come here!! Thanks Adrian and Tricia its a credit to you both. Regards Chris and Debb

"Fabulous Apartment in an awesome location"

Super smart apartment in a fabulous location. It is small but it's immaculate and the space works really well. You don't feel like you're in a small apartment at all. It's model, clean and extremely well appointed. To top it off it's smack bang in the middle of the action and just a few minutes from the beach. It's on the top floor, which although is a bit of a climb, it means you're not affected by the street level noise. The views out of the velux windows are spectacular, I could definitely get used to waking up to them every morning. The landlord has thought of everything with a detailed, friendly welcome pack. I cannot recommend it enough. Will be booking again one day for sure.

"Perfect!"

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tenby. A tranquil, cosy flat, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Beautuliful views from the velux windows. A perfect location, central to all the local shops, pubs, restaurants and beautiful beaches! We enjoyed a very romantic meal in the Baytree Restaurant, top quality food and a great atmosphere. The Plantagenate was pricey, however the food, staff and atmosphere were well worth the cost. We couldn't pass the tiny fish bar on the Harbour without buying a tub of shellfish! A real seaside must! The coastal walk to Saundersfoot was tiring but totally breathtaking. The walks over on South beach were lovely too. We loved watching the tide come in as the boats bobbed up and down on the water. We sat on the wall with 2 glasses and a bottle of red, with the fishing rod that was kindly left by Adrian the owner, extremely theraputic and relaxing even though we didnt get a nibble! The seal safari was a great trip, quite reasonable and we were absolutely chuffed to see 3 seals! So cute!!!! The weather was the icing on the cake. We had an amazing break, we most definitely will be returning in the near future - and hopefully again and again and again as Mr and Mrs Wilson Many many thanks x

"A charming sea view apartment in the heart of Tenby"

I travelled to Tenby with my partner for a long weekend at the end of May. We had visited Tenby a few years previous but had never stayed in Tenby town itself. We came across 'Rooftops' online. The apartment was just what we were looking for and so we proceeded to book. We didn't want to stay for the whole week and only required a 4 day break. Adrian the owner was very helpful and was more than happy to book us a holiday deal for just the 4 days. On arrival to Rooftops, the first thing that stood out was the fabulous location! Rooftops is located down a small side street just off one of the main high streets in Tenby. This means that you are close to all of the local amenities, restaurants, shops etc. However, when you are in the top floor apartment, all you can hear is the sound of the sea and would never guess that you are a stones throw from the shops. The apartment itself was very cosy, clean and well equipped. It had everything you could possibly need! We cooked a meal in the apartment one night and the kitchen had every piece of equipment/mod con that we required. The apartment was also very stylish with a red theme flowing through the kitchen/lounge area. The best thing about Rooftops was waking up every morning and looking out of the window at the fantastic views of Tenby harbour. You most certainly would not get tired of these amazing views. If you want a stylish top floor sea view apartment in the most perfect Tenby location, then Rooftops is definately for you. We had a fabulous stay at Rooftops and will most definately be returning in the near future.

"Superb accomodation and near all we needed, shops and harbour."

Accepting that this flat is at the top of the building and there is no lift, it is well worth it when one gets there, the views are second to none for this part of the world. Guests without walking difficulties will find this place ideal for a holiday as it is so close to anything you may be desiring.
