About the home

The property was completed in April 2011 to a very high standard. The first floor has 3 Bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 singles) + family bathroom. The ground floor consists of a large lounge with high quality furnishings, a study,downstairs toilet and a south facing kitchen with integral conservatory.

The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge electric oven and gas hob. to the rear is a large south facing, private decked area, perfect for sunbathing and barbeques.

The Tenby / Penally area

Penally is a beautiful ancient village just 1 mile from Tenby. There are many places of interest and activity centre nearby that include fishing, jet skiing, climbing,archery, horse riding, and adventure parks (Heatherton Oakwood, Folly Farm etc).
Bluestone water park is only 20 minutes drive away.Tenby also has many fantastic restaurants amongst the town which is steeped in history. During the summer months the town holds several carnivals in and around the harbour. Tenby has 3 blue flag beaches all within close proximity.

The property is situated in the beautiful ancient village of Penally which is 1 mile west of Tenby. Follow the M4 to Carmarthen, then head for St Clears and on to Tenby. When you get to Tenby follow the road West signposted Penally. Once you pass Kiln Park and a garage on your left turn right into the village, after a few hundred yards you pass the 13th Century church on your right and the the Cross Inn. The house is just past the Inn on your left.
Note Brand New postcode ...you can use SA70 7PT Strawberry Lane, that works well with SAT NAV.

“Top quality. Close to beach. Perfect.” Fantastic house furnished to a high modern standard. My teenage son was overjoyed at an xbox being there. Just 10 min walk to Tenby beach. Beautiful view from kitchen of the coast. Definitely would rent again.

“excellent accommodaton and lovely views” We had a brilliant time at Golygfa Coron in Penally. Beautiful location, easy access to beach through golf course, fab views of Caldey Island. Accommodation was excellent, very new, clean and modern. Kids had Nintendo Wii to play with on wet days when we weren't out and about - decking was brilliant for meals and great views. Penally is a lovely spot adjacent to Tenby and within 5 min drive of South Beach or very pleasant walk along Penally beach. Folly Farm is also 20 minute drive and is a brilliant day out for the kids. The whole experience was brilliant and would highly recommend. Can't wait to come back...

“Excellent facility - will definitely return” Cottage was spotless with plenty of room for a family of 5. Short walk to the beach was a bonus, plenty of paths for the kids to explore. Great walk across the beach to Tenby town. In a word, perfect!!'

“Beatiful home from home with a breathtaking view !” We stayed as a family of 6 at this property,it is the most beautiful accomodaton that we have ever been to. It is ideally located in the village of Penally with pubs,resteraunts and a liitle shop all within walking distance. The house is stunning with everything you could possibly need.The views of the beach from the back of the house are breathtaking,was a joy to watch the sunrise and sun set over the beautiful beach. The owners are fantastic and nothing is to much trouble for them. We are looking forward to visiting this house again and would highly recommend it to everyone.
