This detached bungalow in the village of Templeglantine is full of charm, offering spacious accommodation and for up to six people. The property’s lawned garden provides a private place to relax, whilst the cottage itself is composed of three bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a living room with open fire. There is cot available on request and off-road parking for three cars, making this a diverse home from home, able to cater to a family or a group of friends.

The Limerick / Tipperary / County Limerick region

County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Templeglantine area

Close to the market town of Abbeyfeale, the bustling village of Templeglantine provides a selection of shops and pubs, and is located on the border between Limerick and Kerry. Boasting a Cistercian Abbey dating back to the 12th Century, this charming village is also close to the popular town of Tralee, famous for its wealth of tourist attractions and lively social scene as well as numerous shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The beautiful public gardens and extensive canal side paths offer great walking within the city and the Arnold Palmer designed golf course is worth a visit for enthusiasts of the sport.

The popular seaside village of Ballybunion is close by and is home to two sandy beaches as well as the famous Ballybunion Golf Club.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
