Arnon street is a hidden gem; very quiet and peaceful and yet, a minute from Gordon beach and 5 minutes from Dizingof. The apartment is on the first floor (not ground). There is public parking few steps away. Walking distance to all shopping, the Carmel Market, restaurants and cafes.

My name is Sophie and I am the owner of this apartment. I live in England and have a woman in Tel Aviv ,Katya who looks after the apartment and the guests. Between us, we strive to provide a friendly and personal service.
Katya meets the guests and shows them round, and she is always at hand if there is a problem.
Conditions
A contract will be sent to the interested party. The contract will be scanned and signed by the Owner. The renting party will be asked to fill in their details, sign the contract and send it back to the Owner, while keeping a copy themselves.
PLEASE NOTE: Immediately after signing the contract, the renting party will be asked to pay 50% deposit directly to the Owners bank. The details of the account will be sent by mail.

The Tel Aviv City / Arnon Street area
Arnon Street is few steps away from the best beaches in Tel Aviv.
The nearest beach is Gordon beach. It is named after the street that leads from it and the salt water pool and marina that boarder it from the north. This beach is just below the yarkon st. hotels and is about as central as you can get in Tel Aviv. On its northern side is the Gordon salt water pool which is a Tel Aviv monument. Every morning as early as 6:00 you can find many people young and old starting their day with a workout here. This area also houses many small boats in its marina.

We stayed in Israel for one month and just over a week in Sophie's apartment and this was by far, the nicest apartment we rented during our trip. The apartment is near the Tel Aviv beach, on a small street so it was quiet. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. There was a washing machine which was so convenient. Sophie is the nicest person. I plan to return to Tel Aviv and Sophie's apartment will be my first choice for a place to stay. |

You couldn't really ask for a better location for this flat - around the corner from the beach on one side, with Ben Yehuda street and all of its amenities on the other. The flat is spacious and immaculately kept. I found the bathroom particularly nice with its choice of two showers, and the sofas in the reception room are very comfortable - I found it hard to get up once I had sat down! The kitchen has everything you would need for a short stay, and the small library of books which can be found above the desk are a welcome bonus. I slept well in the bedroom which has electronic blinds which can be adjusted to let in little or no light. All in all the perfect flat for a stay in Tel Aviv, if it is available again I wouldn't think twice about staying there. |

Hi Sophie. Do forgive the delay in sending you our warmest thanks (plunged straight back into a crazily busy week) for a wonderful base in Israel.
Your apartment is a joy, superbly equipped, well located and an absolute home from home. It proved a comfortable and congenial base for our myriad wedding-based activities, and our ventures further afield to see good friends. As Carol said, you have thought of absolutely everything and, should we need to be in Tel Aviv again, we would stay there without hesitation. We cannot praise it too highly.

Sophie, Just a note to tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed our trip to Tel Aviv this past October, and especially how much we enjoyed your elegant apartment. It is often difficult to tell from photos just how nice an apartment is in reality. Your apartment is much nicer than even the photos indicate. It is virtually new on the inside with spacious rooms and modern decor. The location is among the best in all of Tel Aviv and our friends were very impressed. The beautiful tree lined street is a short two blocks from the "in" corner of Gordon and Ben Yahuda Streets. We will definitely contact you again for our next visit. Prices depend on the season and the number of people staying. Price includes all services except for electricity charge and cleaning charge of 50 GBP. Cleaning the apartment while you stay there, can be arranged at an extra cost.
Please note: fifth person sleeps on a very large sofa in the living room.
The price does not include electricity. This is done by reading the meter at the beginning of the stay and again at the end. It is not a great deal expensive, avarage is 15-20 Shekels a day. This may be unique to Israel, and people get used to it very quickly.
Preferred payment methord is by bank transfer in GBP, Euros, USD and any major currency.
