This apartment is situated at the best location in Tel Aviv, next to the beach, the famous Hakarmel Market, Alenbi street and the amazing and historic district of Neve Zedek.
This is a charming, fully furnished and equipped sea side studio apartment. It consists of one main room; it includes a sitting area with LCD screen television with cables, a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, an accessorized, equipped kitchen with a little dinning area ( bar table and two chairs ) and a bathroom. Wireless Internet and air conditioning / heating is available at your disposal.
The apartment is very convenient and cozy. It is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The street is full of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, everything is within walking distance. There is a laundry place within 3 minutes walk away as well.
This apartment can accommodate 2 people.The whole flat is 25 square meters wide, it is perfect for a couple or single travelers.

“AMAZING!!” I stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks during summer and have only positive things to stay about my experience! The studio apartment has all essential items and is clean and quiet, is a 1 minute walk from the beach and the carmel markets are just up the road! The owner is incredibly helpful providing assisance when required and being on call at all hours. If I travel back to TLV I would definately be renting this apartment again as it is the perfect location for a summer holiday!

“A great apartment in a perfect location” Except for a shower with no curtain this apartment is perfect. An adequate and well stocked kitchen area, a writing table, a comfortable couch with a coffee table, a double bed , a large screen television with a variety of channels and a totally reliable free internet connection were the features. Location is great- a four minute walk to the supervised Banana beach and six minutes from the Carmel Market through the fascinating alleyways of the Yemenite Quarter with its truly unique restaurants. Easy walk to Jaffa and downtown Tel Aviv and close to public transit. Hezi was always available with offers of more towels and sheets and arranged a taxi when I left and was right there to ensure at 5 a.m. to ensure everything went smoothly.

“Perfect location and perfect host.” The property is located within a stones throw of the beach and within walking distance of both central TelAviv and the beautiful port city of Old Jaffa. The apartment is clean, tidy and air conditioned. We arrived at 0300 hours (which was three hours late) after a long flight and were met outside the apartment by our smiling host who showed us around, gave us our keys, and assured us that our tardiness was not a problem. On our final night in Tel aviv Hezi treated us to a few drinks in his restaurant/bar on the beach. We had a great time before stumbling back to the apartment (Hezi, we will be back some day to allow you a second chance in your quest to get a Scotsman drunk. Better luck next time mate ;-) All in all we had an amazing time in Tel aviv and the apartment and host were a big part of that. Thank you Hezi.
