$150 deposit for each week of rental is required for booking the suite. In addition 20% upfront payment is due after agreement is signed. In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify the owner up to 6 weeks before arrival in order to get a full refund. If you fail to notify the owner on time than attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. Only if we are successful, your deposit and upfront payment will be refunded.

Each reservation is subject to a security deposit $150 per week of stay. Tenant may use cash or a valid credit card at check-in. Owner shall utilize tenant(s) credit card or cash security deposit to reimburse owner for:
1. Damage repair.
2. Missing items
3. Broken or missing item replacement.
4. Late check - out.
5. Keys not returned.
Security deposit will be refunded upon check – out, minus any incurred electricity cost, once none of the above has occurred.

As a major Mediterranean centre, Tel-Aviv is a magnet for international tourism. Tel-Aviv has been called "the city that never sleeps" due to its thriving nightlife and 24-hour culture. Tel-Aviv is celebrating 100 years these days!!

The city has a wide variety of restaurants offering traditional Israeli dishes as well as international fare. More than 100 sushi restaurants, the third highest concentration in the world, do business in the city, and an Italian restaurant in Tel Aviv was called the best Italian restaurant outside of Italy by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture.

Banana Beach. This is a great beach. Often, sports events are shown in the evening on a screen. The beach is inviting and very popular with hip mothers and the bohemian crowd. Great place to meet people, play backgammon, relax and read a book. The staff is nice and friendly, good looking too. During the summer there are movies shown here on a huge screen free of charge.

Gordon and Frishman beach. This lovely stretch of sand is probably the most popular of Tel Aviv's beaches. In the summer there are sometimes parties and events on the beach itself or nearby and in the winter people can enjoy a walk down the beach and watch the waves crushing over the wave breakers. For a bit of sportive activity, try the volleyball court just off Gordon Beach, and for a touch of amusement for kids, try the beach playground off Frishman Beach.

Opera Tower shopping mall. Opera Tower is located on the promenade of Tel-Aviv at the end of Alenby street,
Hayarkon and Herbert samuel streets by the beach. On a hot sunny day it is a perfect place to take a break in a cool air conditioning environment. The Tower has several restaurants, music and bookstores. On the first floor there are also cinemas. The sunsets from the fountain at the Opera Tower in the evening are beautiful.

Basically you should drive from Ben-Gurion Airport to Tel-Aviv, get on Ayalon highway till La Guardia exit, exit Ayalon highway and drive west to the direction of the beach on Ha Rakevet street till Menahem Begin cross road - continue straight to Yehuda Halevi street, drive for 5 minutes pass Allenby street till you reach Herzel street, turn right on Hertzel and keep on driving straight untill you pass Shalom Tower from underneath.

At the trafic light turn left and after 50 meters turn right and left to Yaavetz street, drive west on Yaavetz street until HaKarmel street, turn right until you reach a circle fountain junction - turn right and drive until a trafic light, turn right to HaYarkon street, and drive until you see Hayarden street (right ar Opera Tower shopping mall) turn right until the end of the street, turn left and left again before the trafic light - thats Ness Tsiyoba street - we are at number 5 on your right.

“Excellent location” Perfect situation for this appartment with a beautiful terrace. Near beach, near Hacarmel market, near Dizengof. All you need is present, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, oven micro-waves ... A bit noisy because of surrounding building sites.

“Exactly what we needed, exactly as advertised.” Apartment was spotless, completely furnished, conveniently located. A minor mechanical problem (with clothes dryer) was resolved quickly and efficiently. Transportation to and from the airport, an extra service, was perfect. All in all, a complete success. Managers/owners were friendly and completely responsive.

“Amazing apartment with fantastic customer service!” I travel to Tel Aviv quite often, and have rented many apartments, but this was by far the best experience I have had. The apartment exceeded our expectaions. It was clean, great location, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. From the initial contact with Ronen Cohen - just trying to find a place - to the refund back in my account. Ronen was extremely patient with me while I searched google maps, looked at photos and settled on dates. He sent several helpful links for food and entertainment in Tel Aviv. He was always on time, and any small request I made, someone was there to accommodate. When I returned back to the US, my refund was waiting for me- the service was so prompt! I understand his website: Be Hapi! We will return, definately, and tell our friends.

“Can be cleaner” It can be a very comfortable place for holiday if the sliding door on the balcony fixed that were very cold at night we have to used heating that cost us $100 USD in 2 weeks stay. we don,t like the hiding fees they don't tell you till the end they bring it up on the morning of our departure. Response: Thanks, We are not hiding fees - the electricity extra charge is published on our website, on the rental agreement (twice) and on the mail responds (twice - first time on the first respond email and again after deposit is paid). We charge for the electricity at the end of the stay. no other extra fees. The electricity cost per day can vary between $2 to $5. It depends on usage, the air condition is the main electric consuming, it costs around 50 cents per hour. The main concern is that guests will use the air conditioning without care. (especially leaving the house while the air conditioning working during all day long). Apart from the over priced electricity bills we used to get we also had to deal with the fact that the A/C broke after working for days without rest. There is an electricity counter at the apartment floor that you can view. You will receive the starting count on arrival, and at the last day, a final count will be made. The rate is 17 cents per 1 energy count (kilowatt). $100 charge for 2 weeks is $7 per day which is pretty rare - it can happen only if the A/C is used 12 hours a day - assuming that the cold hours are 6 hours a day and that guests tend to spend most of the time while on vacation out of the apartment, the A/C was probably left open also during hours while nobody were in the apartment, and that is the reason we did it on the first place. I assume that if guests were aware than the charge was much lower. Ronen Cohen
