The City of Exeter is 12 miles from the property with it's Historic Quay, Cathedral, and award winning shopping centre as well as a wealth of excellent restaurants,cafes and bars. The Property is situated within easy reach of Torbay, Dartmoor and Exmoor as well as the other beaches of the south coast.
