Teignmouth South Devon is the "Gem Of the South Devon Coast." Its Sheltered position on the English Riviera Cost means teignmouth enjoys record breaking ammounts of sunshine. An Historic Port with 2 beaches the main promenade beach and the more sheltered river beach meaning whatever direction the wind is blowing there is a spot on the sand out of the wind and in the sun! Teignmouth has a host of things for the holiday maker to enjoy from theatres and piers, to crazy golf and tennis. Teignmouth plays host to Jazz, Folk, Arts and Music festivals as well as carnivals regattas, sailing and rowing events throughout the year. For the More active there are 3 golf courses nearby, a dive centre, a watersports centre and charter fishing of the south Devon coast Numerous Restaurants, Cafes, Take Aways, Bars and Pubs catering for all tastes and budgets are all within a stones throw of Thursday Cottage

Flights to Exeter (12 miles) or Plymouth (40 miles) with Flybe or British Airways. By Car 12 Miles from Junction 31 of the M5 or By train direct to Teignmouth on the main london Penzance Line or Change at ExeterSt Davids from elsewhere in the UK.
Property is 50 level yards from the nearest parking facility Parking rates are £2.90 per day or a weekly ticket can be purchased from the tourist information or harbour offices for approx £17

Further details indoors: The layout of the bedrooms at Thursday cottage is over 2 floors, on the First floor there are 3 Double Bedrooms, 1 Super King, 1 King with vanity basin, and 1 Double with vanity basin, On the second floor there are 2 further bedrooms 1 with a set of bunk beds and 1 with twin single beds.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player, modern log effect open gas fire, separate dining room with large pine table and chairs and a sterio system and a modern fully fitted kitchen, with gas hob, electric double oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine.
Further details outdoors: Thursday cottage Has two gardens one to the front and one to the rear, the rear courtyard is secluded and has a table and chairs and has been designed for quiet relaxation. The front main Garden is laid in Yorkstone slab with a large teak table and chairs to seat 10 Gas BBQ and storage area complete with beach chairs windbreaks, buckets and spades and a portable charcoal BBQ for your trips to the beach. The Front Garden is walled and offers the perfect location to watch the world go by.

All 1 week bookings are Friday to Friday Check in time from 4.30 pm check out 10.30am Rentals are Confirmed by £100 deposit ( non refundable) with the balance payable 2 weeks before the holiday commences. Cancellations up to two weeks before the holiday commences are subject to the loss of the £100 deposit, after that date they will be subject to a 75% charge of the full cost of the holiday.
Winter Breaks of 3 nights are available for £300 Friday to Monday ( Excluding Christmas and New Year)
Keys and booking details are posted on reciept of the full payment.
Conditions
Long term lets ( over 1 week) will include a weekly cleaning service, Hen and Stag party bookings are subject to a £500 refundable security/ cleaning deposit.
