The property has plenty of space with 5 large bedrooms, 3 double and 2 twin beds. Please note the tower room is only accessible by a two story spiral staircase. It has fantastic views and a unique character but can be difficult for elderly or disabled people to access. Two bathrooms, one with steam shower room. Large lounge diner where you can sit and eat dinner overlooking the sea.

Four poster bed in the Tower room with amazing views - a real experience that is accessed via two flights of spiral stone stairs so is not suitable for the elderly!
Renting is generally Saturday to Saturday but we are flexible off season and it's popular with groups on weekends.
Discounts may be available for off peak bookings for smaller groups and/ or shorter stays.
Returnable deposit of £150 required
Dogs ( max 2 ) are welcome charged at £15 per dog per week / part week.
The West Country / Devon region
Teignmouth is in the heart of South Devon with lots of sea, beaches, restaurants, fun parks and wide range of things to do. It's also close to Dartmoor with amazing scenery and walks.
Some of the most popular destinations on Dartmoor are 'Merrivale Stone Row', 'Wheal Betsy', 'Moorland Moonlight', 'Dartmoor Ponies', 'Childe's Tomb', 'Meldon Reservoir', 'Postbridge', 'Birch Tor', 'Bowermans Nose', 'Belstone Tor', 'Fingles Bridge' and 'Haytor'.
All of these can be found in a leaflet which is available in the Tourist Information Centre in Teignmouth if there isn't one in the house.
Both Plymouth and Exeter are close by if you want some retail therapy.
The Teignmouth area
Teignmouth is a gem of a Victorian seaside resort. Lots of activities for young and old from crazy golf to windsurfer hire. The estuary provides a great place to catch crabs or sail.
There are many walks around the area, all of which have fantastic views and scenery. The most popular walks are on Dartmoor which is about 1hr away.
