Interior
The villa is all on one level, which is ideal for all our guests, especially those with restricted mobility.
The spacious lounge / dining area are furnished to a very high standard, complete with comfortable lounge sofas and 32" LCD Digital Colour Television with Satelite TV (Sky). From the lounge you pass through to a tastefully furnished sun lounge which benefits from having folding patio doors which lead directly to the sun terrace and swimming pool.
The separate kitchen is attractively fitted and is extremely well equipped with everything that you should need for your stay.
There are two bedrooms.The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom comprising of a bath and shower over with the Twin bedroom being adjacent to the family bathroom which comprises of a large walk in shower. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Sierra Vista benefits from having free unlimited ADSL cable / Wi-Fi Internet access for those guests who wish to bring their own lap top computers.
Exterior
The villa has both a spacious sun terrace and pool deck. The 8mx4m swimming pool is heated by both solar and electric for all year round enjoyment.
Part of the sun terrace has a Pergola offering shade during the mid day sun, together with a selection of garden furniture where you will be able to spend many relaxing hours perhaps enjoying a glass or two of wine.
There is secure off road parking for two cars at the rear of the villa which is entered via an electrically controlled gate.
You are able to access the villa grounds either via the lower double gate which has two steps or through the electronic gates at the rear of the property, which will entail descending seven steps to the lower level entrance.

Lanzarote is located in the Atlantic Ocean just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles (60km) long and 12 miles (20km) wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries with an official population of over 141,437 inhabitants.
Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°c in January to 29°c in August. This makes Lanzarote the perfect year round destination.
As with the other Canary Islands Lanzarote is volcanic in origin and despite the volcanic nature of the island there are several beautiful white sandy beaches.
The Teguise / Oasis de Nazaret area
Oasis de Nazaret is a charming hillside village within a couple of minutes drive from Lanzarote’s fascinating and very beautiful Spanish old Colonial Capital Teguise, with its fabulous architecture many excellent restaurants and vast Sunday market. It is also only a 10 minute drive from the beaches of Costa Teguise.
Centrally-situated and perfectly placed for exploring the island Oasis de Nazaret itself offers a supermarket which is a leisurely walk away where you can purchase most provisions. The famous LagOmar Restaurant and Museum are a 3 minute stroll from Sierra Vista, which also houses art exhibitions. This is located in a unique spectacular property built into the cliffside and was once owned by Omar Shariff, who it is reported to have won and then lost it, in a game of poker whilst gambling.
The hillside location of Nazaret means that most of the villas have spectacular views towards the capital city of Arrecife, the resort of Costa Teguise, the coastline and the Atlantic Ocean.
The villa location makes it an ideal base for cyclists, walkers, surfers and sunbathers alike, as due to its central location you are not far away from the many beautiful beaches and spectacular scenery that Lanzarote has to offer.

“Exceeded our expectations, just lovely!”
The apartment - a good size, clean and well equipped, great kitchen, all home comforts including hotel-like white dressing gowns, quilted toilet paper and sensor air freshners! Attention to detail was great. The pool is lovely and cleaned 3 times a week by the owners which is exceptional. The views are beautiful and it is such a relaxing place, but you do need a car. The owners - two lovely ladies for which nothing is too much trouble. We arrived on Boxing Day and we had presents waiting for us under the Christmas tree - this has never happened on holiday to us before and has spoilt us for future holidays elsewhere. They took us out kayaking for the day and were a great source of information and help, it was like staying at a friend's house, all felt so comfortable and relaxed. We would definately stay again when returning to Lanzarote. We booked based on the fantastic reviews of the apartment and we're so glad we did.

“Top Again”
We have stayed in Sierra Vista on a number of occasions and have written a review of it previously. It is entitled "One to Remember". This winter we stayed for a month and we have booked to return for two months next year. Why? We love Lanzarote, Sierra Vista is great, Angela and Carole are the perfect hosts. The reality is Sierra Vista has become like a home from home. We are going somewhere where we know the quality will be high and the welcome warm. We enjoy being away from the mainstream of tourism and with a little energy and a hire car Nazret provides a very good base for enjoying the whole island.

“BEST HOLIDAY EVER.”
Sierra Vista is certainly a jewel in the crown. A 5 star villa with a large fabulous pool with breathe taking views of the island in a tranquil area of Oasis de Nazaret. The owners have equipped the villa to a very high standard with everything you possibly need for a holiday to remember,including a welcome pack with a bottle of bubbly,its these special touches that make this villa unique. The Villa is immaculate inside and out and the pool is cleaned regularly,all in all the sierra Vista is a fantastic base for a relaxing holiday or venturing out to see the island. From the moment we arrived to the minute we sadly left the Sierra Vista the owners Angela and Carole were fantastic hosts and nothing was to much trouble. We will be definitely be returning in the not so distance future,many thanks again Angela and Carole.

Sierra Vista was everything we had hoped for and more. The pictures do not do the villa justice and the view, well what can I say! It was a joy to wake up every morning and have breakfast either in the sun lounge or on the patio and just look out at the many volcanic mountains and coast line. As previous reviews have stated the villa is immaculately maintained and has many home from home comforts to ensure that we had a wonderful holiday. The villa is centrally located on the Island resulting in the many tourist attractions being only a short drive away. Our favourites were Cesar Manrique Foundation, Jameos del Agua and Rancho Texas. (You do not have to have children with you to enjoy the later). We visited Costa Teguise and Teguise in the evenings where there are many restaurants and bars. The ones we liked best were El Navarro and Vesubio in Costa Teguise and Cejas and La Cantina in Teguise. The only down side is that we had to leave. We will be back :)

“Relaxing,comfortable and well equipped”
Lovely villa-super views and could not be better equipped. Very clean and supplied with everything one needs to eat ,drink and be comfortable.The pool and shaded eating area is really useful in hot weather and the cactus garden with succulents etc. was very well looked after.Secure and convenient for all areas of the island.

“One To Remember”
Sierra Vista is a luxurious villa, very well equipped and immaculately maintained. The English owners, who live in Lanzarote, are highly caring in their efforts to ensure their clients receive a first class service and enjoy their holiday. The village of Nazaret is set inland, away from the busy tourist trade. We seek a quiet location for our holidays and therefore this appeals. The villa commands fine views of the coast, which means it is set high up and the climb to it is steep. A car is absolutely an essential. It makes the coast and indeed the whole island easily accessible. My wife and adult daughter very much enjoyed the week we spent there and we hope to return in order to enjoy lazy days by the pool and long evenings sitting out on the patio enjoying a barbecue and cold beer -or two.
Note that there are steps from the parking area to the villa and from the villa and patio to the pool area. Obviously these might make access problematic for those with significant mobility problems.

“Summer 2011”
The owners made every effort to help us to settle in, which always takes the pressure off! The villa was very well presented and very easy to use, had every appliance under the sun!
Location was in walking distance to a local mini Market, fifteen minutes to the large spa supermarket. Surrounding villas did not overlook us or be any disturbance.
Would strongly recommend.

“Perfect, superb in every way.”
Sierra Vista is the most beautiful Villa,. extremely comfortable, in every way. We have enjoyed the most wonderful holiday, using the Sierra Vista Barbeque, the most up to date kitchen. Superb bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely views from the very comfortable and pleasant lounge and sunroom. The swimming pool is very secluded in a very pleasant garden. Nazaret is a very quiet and clean village, but a car is really necessary to visit all the lovely parts of Lanzarote .

Myself and my family have just returned from a beautiful stay at the Sierra Vista and it was fantastic. From the moment we arrived every special touch was catered for from little chocolate bunnies for the children to a nice bottle of sparkling wine for the grown ups!. Carole and Angela were so helpful and freindly and could not do enough for us, which made our holiday even more special. As for the villa what can I say it was beautiful with fantastic views and very clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely and there was a very large selection of inflatables for the children, which they loved and kept them happy for hours. We hired a car which I would recommend and you very quickly get used to driving on the right hand side of the road. We can't wait to go back and would certainly recommend Sierra Vista to our family and friends. Thank you so much Carole and Angela for all your help and making our stay special. “A five star villa, with everything you could ever want”
A superb villa with so much detail and thought gone into it. It felt very homely and all furnishings were to a high standard and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipt with every appliance you could need and more. The entire villa was spotlessly clean, inside and out. The pool was fantastic and a perfect temperature. There was even lilo's, a rubber ring, volleyball net and more, which was great fun. Plus a BBQ! The villa is not very far from the airport, if I remenber rightly maybe 20-30 mins. We hired a car on our trip, which was fantastic and a must, if you want to go on trips, to the beach, shopping, to different restaurants, or even to the Ranco Texas Zoo, Pueto Del Carmen ( a must see). There are lots of things to do, with not too far to drive, depending on where you want to go. It was our first time we had driven abroad, which at first was strange, but we soon got used to it and managed too see and go to some lovely places, including Peuto Calero harbour. There were lots of leaflets and maps in the villa to look through on what you can do and how to get there, etc. The maps were easy to follow. There was a local market, which was nice to go to, with a short drive away. There was a local museum/restaurant called Lagomar, which is beautiful and a very romantic place for a nice meal or drink out, only a few minute walk from the villa. Also a local shop just down the road is good to get some snacks and drinks from. There is also a Bakery near by, but we did not get there in the end, maybe next time. We absolutely loved our stay at the Sierra Vista and Angela and Carol, were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, especially if you want to just relax and enjoy luxury surrroundings. Can't wait to go back :)

“Most relaxing holiday ever”
Everything about this villa is superb. The lounge has large concertina doors which you should open every day - then you have beautiful views, lots of fresh warm air, and plenty of shade. You look directly onto the pool, and wish you were in it - but you must take the cover off first!!! The villa has eveything you would need - no need to list anything - it's there. Just relax, and enjoy the most heavenly holiday.

Sierra Vista is most definitely 5 star accomodation, fitted out as a home with everything that you could wish for and more in the villa. The owners have put much thought into welcoming their guests with all of the home comforts. They very kindly augmented our welcome pack so that everything that we required was at the property on arrival. You definitely need a car and there is secure parking on site with a fully automated entry gate for easy access and security.
The swimming pool is great - we spent many hours in and out of it - most relaxing. There were even lilos and other inflatables which the children enjoyed considerably. There is also a Barbeque, however it was too windy to make use of while we were there.

“Wonderful property”
