Sierra Vista is a magnificent 2 bedroom villa, comfortably furnished to a high standard. The villa is located in the peaceful and attractive village location of Oasis de Nazaret and offers complete privacy with spectacular sea and mountain views of the surrounding countryside and neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom comprising of a bath and shower over with the Twin bedroom being adjacent to the family bathroom which comprises of a large walk in shower.
The spacious lounge / dining area leads on to a tastefully furnished sun lounge which benefits from having folding patio doors which lead onto the sun terrace. The luxury kitchen is fully fitted and has all standard facilities.
Sierra Vista has its own private swimming pool which is heated by both solar and electric for all year round enjoyment. Part of the sun terrace has a Pergola offering shade during the mid day sun together with a selection of garden furniture for al fresco dining. There is a pool deck for sun bathing with sun loungers and cushions.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is located in the Atlantic Ocean just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles (60km) long and 12 miles (20km) wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries with an official population of over 132,000 inhabitants.
Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°c in January to 29°c in August. This makes Lanzarote the perfect year round destination.
As with the other Canary Islands Lanzarote is volcanic in origin and despite the volcanic nature of the island there are several beautiful white sandy beaches.
Teguise / Oasis de Nazaret area
Oasis de Nazaret is a charming hillside village within a couple of minutes drive from Lanzarote’s fascinating and very beautiful Spanish old Colonial Capital Teguise, with its fabulous architecture many excellent restaurants and vast Sunday market. It is also only a 10 minute drive from the beaches of Costa Teguise.
Centrally-situated and perfectly placed for exploring the island Oasis de Nazaret itself offers a supermarket which is a leisurely walk away where you can purchase most provisions. The famous and superb LagOmar restaurant is a 3 minute stroll from Sierra Vista, which also houses art exhibitions. This is located in a unique spectacular property built into the cliffside and used to belong to Omar Shariff, who it is reported to have won and then lost it, in a game of poker whilst gambling.
The hillside location of Nazaret means that most of the villas have spectacular views towards the capital city of Arrecife, the resort of Costa Teguise, the coastline and Atlantic Ocean.
The villa location makes it an ideal base for cyclists, walkers, surfers and sunbathers alike, as due to its central location you are not far away from the many beautiful beaches and spectacular scenery that Lanzarote has to offer.
How to get there
Flights come into Arrecife Lanzarote Airport most days departing from all the major and regional airports in the UK.The main carriers being Easy Jet, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Monarch, Thomsonfly and Flyglobespan.
Whilst a car is recommended it is not essential. Distance to Sierra Vista from the airport is approx 15km a 25 minute drive away. Detailed are a few of the many Car Rental Companies available:-

Further details outdoors: Sierra Vista is completely enclosed offering total privacy and security. There is secure off road parking at the rear of the villa which is entered via an electrically controlled gate.
The private 8m x 4m swimming pool is heated by both solar and electric for all year round enjoyment.
The secluded garden is planted with sub-tropical plants and flowers.

£200 Deposit payable upon completion of an accurately completed booking form.
Rental Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment in full is required where the Departure Date is less than 8 weeks from time of booking.
Whilst smokers are welcome we do ask that you refrain from smoking in the villa.
