Montaña Vista is a fabulous 3 bedroom detached villa offering complete privacy with magnificent sea and mountain views. Situated in the exclusive village location of Oasis de Nazaret.
Three bedrooms, one king-size with en-suite bathroom comprising a bath and walk in shower, plus one double and one twin sharing the second bathroom comprising of a walk in shower. The spacious lounge / dining area has patio doors leading onto the terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has all standard facilities.
For total privacy the Solar Heated Pool and garden are not overlooked and there are comfortable sun beds together with a selection of outside garden furniture for al fresco dining.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is situated just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles (60km) long and 12 miles (20km) wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries.
Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21⁰C in January to 29⁰C in August. This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.
As with the other Canary Islands Lanzarote is volcanic in origin and despite the volcanic nature of the island there are several beautiful white sandy beaches such as Costa Teguise, Playa Blanca and Papagayo.
Teguise / Oasis de Nazaret area
Oasis de Nazaret is centrally positioned on the Island nestling between Teguise, Lanzarote's fascinating Spanish old Colonial Capital and the village of Tahiche. It is approximately 5 km from Arrecife the capital and is just a 25 minute drive from the airport.
The nearest shop is a leisurely walk away where you can obtain all provisions and one of the islands most famous restaurants the LagOmar is a 3 minute stroll away from the villa.
The villa location makes an ideal base for cyclists, walkers, surfers and sunbathers alike, as due to it's central location you are not far away from the many beautiful beaches and spectacular scenery that Lanzarote has to offer.
How to get there
Flights to Arrecife, Lanzarote’s airport come in most days, the main carriers being Easy Jet, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Monarch, Thomsonfly and Flyglobespan. Distance to Villa from Arrecife Airport approx 15km a 25 minute drive away.

Further details outdoors: Montaña Vista is located on the middle slopes of a peaceful and attractive hillside village one of the prettiest in Lanzarote. The villa is completely enclosed offering total seclusion and security. The picon-garden is planted with sub-tropical plants and flowers.
The solar heated pool is not over looked and there is a secluded area for sunbathing. In addition there is a built in barbecue area for al fresco dining.
The parking facility is on road parking immediately outside the villa.

Pool cleaned twice weekly.

Conditions
£200 deposit payable upon completion of an accurately completed booking form.
Rental balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment in full is required where the Departure Date is less than 8 weeks from time of booking.
Whilst smokers are welcome we do ask that you refrain from smoking in the villa.
