About the home

Villa Maxim, furnished to a very high standard and with exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, mountains and coast, is set in the mountainside retreat of Oasis de Nazaret, a quiet and peaceful location and almost at the centre of the island; ideal for exploring everything Lanzarote has to offer.

The private pool with sunloungers is surrounded by mature gardens and has wonderful views. There is also a pool shower, WC, covered terraces with ample seating, portable BBQ, and a garden kitchen. .

This light and spacious villa is set on three levels. The entrance hall leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Master bedroom with kingsize bed (made up with luxurious Egyptian Cotton linen), stairway leading down to en suite bathroom with circular bath, twin sinks and separate shower, wc and wardrobes; hairdryer and bathrobes supplied. Double bedroom with kingsize bed (also made up with luxurious Egyptian Cotton linen). Both the master and double bedroom lead through patio doors on to a covered terrace with seating, overlooking the pool area. There is a twin bedroom and and extra small single bedroom. Bathroom with bath/shower; hairdryer supplied.

The main living accommodation is upstairs. The lounge with picture window making the most of the wonderful scenery.The lounge and large kitchen/diner both lead on to a spacious open terrace with dining table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco dining while enjoying the stunning panoramic views of the countryside, mountains and coast. For your entertainment you will find satellite TV, DVD, a music centre and a selection of videos, DVDs, CDs, books, magazines and games.

The solar heated pool is surrounded by mature gardens and affords superb views. There are ample sunbeds and covered terrace with table, banks and chairs. Garden kitchen with fridge/freezer, sink and washing machine. Portable BBQ.

A cot, with linen and towels, and a highchair are available free of charge. Stair gates are automatically fitted on the main stairs if you are coming with young children.

Conditions

A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking, the balance of which is due six weeks before departure. Payment may be made by Bank Transfer or via Paypal.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is situated just off the coast of Africa with a fabulous all year round climate. A magical island of contrasts; dramatic volcanic landscapes, glistening sands and one of the sunniest climates in The Canaries.

The Teguise / Oasis de Nazaret area

Oasis de Nazaret is the ideal location for discovering Lanzarote. 10/15 minute drive from the beaches, restaurants, bars and nightlife of Costa Teguise and Arrecife, the Aqua Park, golf course and fabulous windsurfing!

Slightly further afield (20 mins drive) you will discover the beaches and facilities of the main tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen and the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero, with its designer shops, restaurants, bars and marine pursuits, including catamaran, submarine and fishing excusions.

In Oasis de Nazaret itself, you will find the beautiful restaurant of Lagomar, 1 km away you will find the local, well stocked supermarket and social club where you can enjoy local tapas and local dishes. A short drive north, 2kms, you will find the old capital of Teguise which boasts a wonderful selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. On Sundays the famous, colourful, market of Teguise takes place, selling original arts and crafts, tablecloths, clothing and leather goods, amongst many other things.
