The villa is part of a 3.5 acre property with landscaped gardens and orchards of citrus, olive and fruit trees. Start the morning by picking and squeezing your own fresh orange juice! The 2 bedroomed villa is ideal for families but also romantic enough for couples who just want to get away from it all.
The villa benefits from its own private swimming pool (8x4m) and there are ample seating areas to dine 'al fresco' whilst taking in the stunning views of the Guadalteba valley.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Malaga is a vibrant city steeped with culture (the home of Picasso) and history. It offers far more than just the airport and is well worth a vist.
f you prefer sun, sea and sand, the well-known beach resorts of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola are only an hour’s drive. Just a bit further away is the more upmarket Marbella and Puerto Banus where you can find plenty of designer clothes shops and boutiques to spend your euros.
Teba area
We are ideally based if you wish to explore the Malaga region of Andalucia. The historic towns of Granada, Seville and Cordoba are within 2 hours drive and the stunning town of Ronda is only 25 minutes away. You can also drive around the many pretty ‘Pueblo Blancos” or white towns which can be seen dotted around the mountains and hillsides.
The Andalucian lake district (the Embalses) with its turquoise lakes and stunning views and the famous climbing area of El Chorro are within 10 minutes drive. Swimming, boating, fishing, walking and climbing are all available for the more energetic or picnic sites for those who just wish to relax. There is also western style horseriding at Rancho Guadalteba, located next door.
How to get there
We are based in the Costa Del Sol, approximately 60km inland from Malaga Airport and 35km from Ronda. Malaga Airport is within 1 hour drive and Granada and Seville airports are within 90 minutes.
Estacion De Bobadilla is the nearest railway station that has a direct link from Malaga station and is within 30 minutes drive. There is also a bus which runs regularly from Malaga and stops within walking distance of the villa.

You can also choose from a huge variety of car hire companies that are based either within or very close to Malaga airport. We find that the ones located just outside offer the best service. Try:
We STRONGLY recommend you take out maximum CDW cover. The normal excess for Spanish car rentals can be more than 500 euros and you can reduce this to 100 euros or less. Based on experience of Spanish drivers it is certainly worth the small additional cost.

Further details indoors: The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, a large rustic chest coffee table, tv table and drawers and a gate-leg dining table to seat 4 people. Sat TV, IPOD dock, CD and DVD player are provided.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, large double wardrobe with drawer space and 2 bedside tables with lamps and alarm clock. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp and ample wardrobe space.
Tiled bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.
Attractive tiled kitchen with sink, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Kettle, toaster and ample cooking utensils and crockery are provided.
We have a large library of English books (fiction and reference) and DVD’s available. Full office facilites including internet access can be provided on request. Mountain bicycles and golf clubs can be hired on request.

- A welcome hamper is provided on arrival. -The owners house is within the grounds of the villa and therefore the gardens and pool are shared but you can be assured of your own privacy during your stay. - The villa is thoroughly cleaned on arrival and all linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Pool towels are also provided. A twice weekly maid service can be provided at an additional cost. - The owner is English speaking and will be happy to assist in any way.
Conditions
Sorry, no pets allowed. We are animal friendly but as we are a working farm we already have cats and dogs in the grounds.
No smoking is allowed within the property but smoking outside is permitted.
A 20% deposit is required to reserve and the remainder is due 6 weeks prior to holiday start date. If you book within 6 weeks of start date the full amount is payable in advance.
Up to 4 weeks prior to holiday start date we will give a full refund less any bank/admin charges. If you cancel within 4 weeks of holiday start date we will refund 50% of your costs.
