Casa Rogeiro e Arrias is a newly built holiday property with annex looking out to the coast of the Eastern Algarve - Tavira. It has had no expense spared, offering year-round luxury to groups of up to 12 discerning guests. This property has been built to provide space, tranquility and comfort in an area that has all the amenities you require for a comfortable holiday. Situated at the vantage point of a small incline, it has stunning views of the countryside running down to the coast and back onto a large field of wild flowers and olive trees. They are not overlooked and the views benefit from strict regulations on development in this agricultural area. We have ensured that groups can have seclusion and plenty of space.
The area is very quiet. With 5 championship golf courses (Benamor, Colina Verde, Quinta de Cima, Quinta de Ria & Monte Rei), the historic town of Tavira within easy reach (5 minutes), and easy access to beautiful beaches and a wildlife reserve, there is plenty to do. Our huge landscaped gardens are professionally maintained and sensitively lit by night.

Professionally maintained pool: size 10x5m and 1.75m at it's deepest end. Gardens and pool lit by night. Large areas for sunbathing, some sheltered for seclusion. Sun loungers. Tables and chairs for outside dining by the BBQ. Electricity points. Separate and very secluded and shaded sitting area ideal for reading. Ample parking space.
A small deposit of £100 will be required with all bookings - refundable after 5 working days

Prices based upon maximum occupancy, reduction in price considered for small groups, couples etc. A £100 per person charge is applicable for persons joining a group after a booking is made. Reservations are made by paying a non-refundable 25% deposit. The remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to stay. Long winter lets available - price negotiable - please contact.

The Tavira / Santo Estevao area
If you want to escape the 'modern' resorts, Tavira's architecture provides a pleasant surprise. It is probably the most elegant of the Algarvian towns.
Often described as the 'Algarvian Rome', and more fancifully 'the Venice of Algarve', Tavira stands on two hills on either side of the River Gilao, the two sides of the town being linked by a seven-arch bridge.
Tavira is known as the Town of Churches, since there are a remarkable 37 churches and other places of worship lying within its boundaries.
Santo Estevao is a beautiful small village surrounding a church. There are a few enchanting small cafes and a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The area is cooled by the breeze from the nearby coast. Many of our guests comment on how peaceful it is. There are no major highways or roads within miles around.

Very nice home, near beach, you can see the sea from the upstairs bedroom. Nice people. i'd like to go again. But it's not so clean and the swimmingpool can't be used in december.
I am sorry you have raised concerns regarding the cleanliness of our property, Of course, this is unacceptable. You arrived on Christmas Day when we were out of the country. The property had been cleaned 7 days before by our former cleaner who has now been been replaced. The property really should have been re-cleaned before your arrival to remove any dust - sorry again. You are the only guests to have made a complaint. If we had of been there this would have not happened.
As for the pool, i have never stated that it is a heated pool and whilst sunny, i would never encourage anyone to swim in the winter unless they find it 'galvanising'. The winter in the Algarve is lovely for relaxing and enjoying sunny days, warm enough for a short shirt, and nights in front of the log fire after good food.
Your review has been posted 9 months after you stayed. If you had said something during your stay, honestly, we could have had any problem resolved within a matter of hours. We hope you may come and stay with us again sometime for a reduced rate. Kind regards.

Beautiful accomodation and in a beautiful setting. Scrupulously clean and when you ask for anything nothing is too much trouble. We were very well looked after.
