Home description
Casa Rogeiro e Arrias is a newly built holiday property with annex looking out to the coast of the Eastern Algarve - Tavira. It has had no expense spared, offering year-round luxury to groups of up to 12 discerning guests. This property has been built to provide space, tranquility and comfort in an area that has all the amenities you require for a comfortable holiday. Situated at the vantage point of a small incline, it has stunning views of the countryside running down to the coast and back onto a large field of wild flowers and olive trees. They are not overlooked and the views benefit from strict regulations on development in this agricultural area. We have ensured that groups can have seclusion and plenty of space. The area is very quiet. With 4 championship golf courses (Benamor, Colina Verde, Quinta de Cima and Quinta de Ria), the historic town of Tavira within easy reach (5 minutes), and easy access to beautiful beaches and a wildlife reserve, there is plenty to do. Our huge landscaped gardens are professionally maintained and sensitively lit by night.

The Algarve / East Algarve region
The Algarve. Think of the Algarve and you think of sunshine breaks and relaxing holidays. You imagine golden beaches on the coast of calm sea waters, sun-kissed tourists relaxing and sampling the delights that this wonderful region of Portugal has to offer.
Everywhere you go, you are surrounded by bright colours, from the golden sands, to the crystal clear waters, the clear blue skies, the vivid green grass, and the white-washed walls of the buildings in the Algarve's old towns.
There is no one best way to explore this region of Portugal. The seemingly endless coastline includes some of the world's most beutiful beaches, but by venturing just a few miles inland, you can lose yourself in the heritage and history of the Algarve.
Fancy a more action-packed holiday? The Algarve caters for all holiday makers... with every watersport available for all tourists.
The Algarve is also home to some of the world's most famous golf courses, where players of all ability are welcome. You can also try your hand at a nice relaxing game of bowling, or tennis, with the Algarve's fantastic views and sights providing the perfect backdrop.
The Algarve really is a European paradise, and for that reason you want to make sure you get to know it properly.
Tavira / Santo Estevao area
If you want to escape the 'modern' resorts, Tavira's architecture provides a pleasant surprise. It is probably the most elegant of the Algarvian towns.
Often described as the 'Algarvian Rome', and more fancifully 'the Venice of Algarve', Tavira stands on two hills on either side of the River Gilao, the two sides of the town being linked by a seven-arch bridge.
Tavira is known as the Town of Churches, since there are a remarkable 37 churches and other places of worship lying within its boundaries.
Santo Estevao is a beautiful small village surrounding a church. There are a few enchanting small cafes and a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The area is cooled by the breeze from the nearby coast. Many of our guests comment on how peaceful it is. There are no major highways or roads within miles around.
How to get there
Numerous budget airlines fly to Faro from througout Europe. Jet2, Easyjet, Ryanair & BMI to name a few. We recommend 'Jose' at Mudarent Car Hire in Tavira to guests - 00351 281 326815
