Golfers paradise:There are many quality golf courses to choose from. The nearest is the prestigious 18 hole Benamor golf, less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. Other reputable golf courses close by are Quinta de Cima (voted the best course in 2004), Quinta de Ria and Castro Marim and with the Spanish border only 20 minutes drive you also have the choice of the Spanish golf courses. Monte Rei golf and country club is is reportedly the most exclusive and cosmopolitan development in the Algarve, set in acres of beautiful country side and lies between Tavira and Vila Real Santo Antoniai, Monte Rei golf course is only 20 minutes drive from the villa.

Tavira, 30 minutes from Faro airport, and 20 minutes drive to the Spanish border is one of the most charming & unspoilt towns on the Algarvian coast. Further details indoors: The villa is airy, spacious, and light with a contemporary touch. You will arrive at Palm-Villa to find it carefully prepared and in immaculate condition. All the bedrooms are comfortable with patio doors to access its own terrace overlooking the garden.
-The main en-suite bedroom is air-conditioned, with a double bed, spacious fitted wardrobes, hair dryer. The 2nd bedroom, has double bed, large fitted wardrobes. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with good size spacious fitted wardrobes. The 4th bedroom or second lounge situated on the ground floor has a large L-shape comfortable sofa/bed sleeps 2 people, increasing the capacity to 8 overlooking the front garden.
-The attractive lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, and has air-conditioning hot or cold settings.
-The modern kitchen is fully furnished with granite worktops, gas cooker, electric oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and coffee maker. There is a study with books and magazines for those who just want to chill out.
Every detail to décor and furnishings from the lamps and pictures etc makes this a perfect place to relax completely. Tavira gardens is ideal for families. Palm Villa is just a few steps to the pool and restaurant. The Algarve has the warmest and sunniest winter climate in western Europe, it is the ideal destination for a winter break and the summer months are long, hot, lazy with guaranteed sunshine.

Tavira Gardens facilities include a tennis court/ basket ball area, 2 pools, children's pool, gym, bar/restaurant and sand area with swings/slide.
Tavira Gardens is only 15 minutes walk to the historical town centre with its castle, Roman bridges, boutiques, riverside restaurants/cafes offering traditional and inexpensive quality fresh food & drinks.
The villa has its own private garden, large furnished patio with built in bar-be-cue, and sun loungers. Sliding patio doors leads to the garden terrace.

Bookings: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure & confirm reservation, balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booking 8 weeks or less prior to arrival full amount is payable. Please make payment in sterling cheque or bank transfer. A deposit of £200 is payable to cover any damages & extra cleaning, this deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks at the end of your stay if there are no damages or extra cleaning etc.
No refunds for cancellation of 4 weeks or less.
We would appreciate smoking outside the villa.

We request that guests do not remove towels from the villa for the beach or pool use. Beach/pool towels can be bought cheaply in the town centre or the local supermarket.

What a wonderful holiday - made all the more enjoyable by the quality of the accommodation. Not only was the villa in first class condition it was spacious and was located right next to the pool, restaurant, bar and all the Tavira garden amenities. Only fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Tavira itself, the villa was so comfortable it made lounging around the home base as relaxing as by the pool or beach. An exceptional holiday base.
