Casa dos Bons Ares occupies a privileged spot in the hills north of Tavira. On arriving, the first thing that will strike you is the silence - if you want some peace and quiet you will find it here in abundance. Add to that the uninterrupted views down to the coast from the house, the terraces and the pool, and you have a recipe for relaxation that you won't want to leave.
The house is built around the view, with all rooms looking out south-east to the sea through large, bright windows. It is arranged on three levels. At the entrance level, there are two bedrooms. One is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and French windows opening onto its own balcony. The second has twin beds placed together and also French windows opening onto its own balcony. They share a bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC.

Luz de Tavira is literally just a few minutes away from the bustling town of Tavira with all the shops, restaurants adn bars. This area is only 30km from the Spanish Border.
There are beautiful beaches with white sands and crystal blue water. This is ideal for relaxing or taking part in the many watersports nearby beaches have to offer. There is a golf course nearby idal for the budding golfer. To experience the authentic Portuguese living why not visit one of the local fish/meat markets.

Going up a level is the third bedroom with twin beds placed together, French windows to the upper terrace (with outside staircase to the pool terrace) and en-suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC. The is also a separate shower room on this level.
On the ground floor level is the kitchen and lounge/dining room. The kitchen if fully equipped for self-catering and is a lovely bright room with French windows out onto the terrace. The lounge is equipped with Satellite TV and DVD/CD. There is a dining table for 6 people. Again, it is a lovely bright room with double French windows opening out onto the terrace.
The house has air-conditioning throughout and is being newly furnished this year to a high standard.

Further details outdoors: Each bedroom has its own terrace. On the ground level, a shaded terrace runs the length of the house and is equipped with outside dining for 6 people. Steps lead down onto the pool terrace with a 10m x 4m pool and sun loungers. Surrounding the house is a landscaped hillside garden which is fully fenced.
