This apartment was built in 2007 for the 2008 season it has fully fitted kitchen with high tech appliances.
The lounge is huge with french designed furniture and the bathrooms boast full lenght power showers with foot massages one being en suite to the master bedroom.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has satellite tv, dvd player.
The town of Tavira goes back to 2000 bc and was occupied by the moors and is famous for its fishing and its beautiful beaches. Tavira has a strong fishing industry dating back centuries and the beaches are islands suppiled by a water taxi giving cosmopoiltan or pure solitude with warm water and clear.

The Algarve region

Tavira / Pegada area
Tavira dates back to the year 2000BC and is one of the most architecturally attractive towns in the algarve and is considered of great importance to the fishing industry.
The town was destroyed in 1755 by an earthquake but rebuilt in the 18th century along with its 37 churches.The town is in two parts and linked by a roman bridge which spans the river Gilao.The beaches of luz and barril are reached by water taxi and they offer vast hours of solitude coupled with the pleasure of warm water barril is long enough to encompass both cosmopolitan and near complete isolation.
There is two golf courses nearby and a vast array of restaurants bars and cafes and a short drive you south are in spain and a short drive north you are in albufeira town with its bars and beaches.Tavira has festivals through out the year and the warm welcome from the local people is fantastic so if its a chill out holiday or a beach holiday tavira has both.
How to get there
All major airlines fly to the local airport Faro.
Such as: monarch, easyjet, jet2, air2000, airtours, thomsonfly.mybe, british airways, air france and most other european companies. Try to fly with monarch who give good discounted flights.
There are taxis to tavira, local bus, we can arrange airport transfers in our own minibus or car if needed or car hire.
