Situated just outside Tavira, in Mato Santo Espirito, the apartment is just 5 minutes away from Tavira town, the beaches, country walks and the Benamor Golf Club. So it's close enough to any action, but far enough away if you need some peace and quiet. All in all the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself !

Tavira / Mato Santo Espirito area
Tavira itself is very picturesque and a proper working town, rather than a purpose made 'tourist trap'. It is regarded by many as 'the best town' in the Algarve, having lots of charm, many churches of architectual interest, and a vibrant ' cafe', and restaurant culture. It is still an active fishing port - lots of wonderful fresh fish - and has a lively cultural scene during the summer months.As the Algarve has a similar climate to that of California, this makes it perfect for a year round holiday location. There are several top flight golf courses within a 15 minutes drive of the apartment. The Spanish border is just 20 minutes away by car or ferry. How to get there
The Apartment is just 25 minutes away by road, from Faro Airport., with easy access from the A22 or N125 Autoroutes. Cheap flights are avaiable from most UK airports, via Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, British Airways, Ryanair, Thomsonfly, and Thomas Cook. Flight times are between 2 - 3 hours, depending on which airport you use. A typical return flight from EMA to Faro can cost as low as £ 60.00 It is possible to drive down if you don't like flying, but this can take 2 -3 days. All the major car hire companies operate from Faro Airport, and is generally inexpensive. We advise you to book on line before departure for the best deals.
