Home description
This is a discreet, spacious private villa with pool, several terraces and a built in barbecue. The villa has a very large lounge, three double bedrooms, two twin and a family room. It has two bathrooms. Cots and high chairs are available upon request and a maid service is provided weekly. This villa is perfect for accommodating large groups of people, family or friends. It is set in pretty gardens, situated in a quite country lane, amongst olive and lemon groves, traditional in the Algarve. Despite it's seclusion the small village of Conceicao is just a short walk (5-8 mins) away. The villa is also a short walk from Benamore golf course. Cabanas the local fishing village boasts a fantastic sandy beach and a variety of restaurants and bars.

The Algarve / East Algarve region
The Eastern Algarve is characterised by fishing ports and tiny seaside hamlets, this section of the coast lacks the large hotels that dominate the west of the Algarve. The focal point is Tavira, an ancient port on the river with a facinating heritage, a charming historical quarter and a boisterous restaurant filled harbour. And on the Ilha de Tavira a long sand spit reached by a short ferry hop, you can bask on some of the best beaches along the entire coast. Further east is Cacela Velha a cluster of blue and white houses on a clifftop, with just a couple of cafes a church and remains of a fort. It has a strange seductive air the sort of place you want to while away a day. If you have a car carry on east and follow the road to Alcoutim through tiny villages with little tourist traffic.
Tavira / Conceicao area
Cabanas beach is a really lovely sandy beach, it is very clean and unspoilt, perfect for any beach lover. It is especially suitable for families with small children as the sand is soft no jags or stones, no dunes so you can watch the little ones running around. Excellent sunbeds with straw umberellas, a play area, toilets, telephone and nice beach cafe. As there is a sand spit the beach is reached by small boats 1 euro return great fun for the children. GOLF There our four excellent courses close to the villa, the nearest being Henry Cottons Benamore course within walking distance. Within a short drive (5-15mins) is Quinta da Cima and Quinta da Ria, then Castro Marim. There are six gollf courses just across the Spanish border 20 mins away by car.
How to get there
Fly from most UK airports directly to Faro airport. Easyjet does fly to Faro from the UK. From the airport to the villa takes approximately 25 minutes by car or taxi. There are numerous car hire companies at Faro airport. A train service also runs from Faro to Conceicao de Tavira the nearest small village. From here it is approximately 10 minutes walk to the villa.

Further details indoors: The villa is a family home, it is very comfortable rather than luxurious. There are plenty of sofas to lounge on inside. If you want to stay in you can use the satellite TV or music system. there is also a large dining table indoors. The kitchen is not big but has everything you need to cook for 14 people. All the beds have side tables and lamps and comfortable bedding.
Further details outdoors: Outside there are tables and chairs to accommodate 14 dining on the terrace. The Barbecue is big enough to cook plenty of food for 14 The terraces include a pool side terrace, a roof terrace and BBQ terrace, providing plenty of space for guests.
