Situated in the small rural hamlet of Bem Parece, this exceptional property has many wonderful features. Internally, the villa is split into 2 spacious self contained apartments at ground and first floor level and can therefore easily cater for familes, groups or couples. The ground floor apartment has facilites for wheelchair users.
The outside areas of the villa cannot fail to disappoint, offering something for everyone! A large pool, huge sunbathing terraces and gardens are a haven for the sunworshippers. For those enjoying less sun, there are 2 shaded patio areas overlooking the pool. Al freso dining is a must with the traditional BBQ dining area also poolside located. Along with the wonderful panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mountains, this is the perfect peaceful retreat for everyone.

The Algarve region
The Algarve is well known for its golf courses and also for the many attractive fishing villages - and hence, of course, for the seafood, which is delicious. The Atlantic location means although very hot in June, July and August, the heat is not overpowering.The climate remains warm in Spring and Autumn, and over winter you get warm days, but the nights are noticably cooler.
The Eastern Algarve is less developed than the West and therefore still offers some typical charm and character. It is easy to find the local Tascas and hillside restaurants should you wish to sample the real Algarve where the locals are friendly and the prices are cheap!
The beaches are all clean, safe and suitable for swimming. The sands are white and expansive...but the Atlantic Ocean can be a little 'cool'! There are many beaches dotted along the coast and most offer facilites for sun beds and dining.
Tavira / Vila Nova de Cacela area
Tavira is situated in the Eastern Algarve, the Spanish border is 15 miles to the east, with Seville less than a 2 hour drive away. Tavira is an ancient town with the River Gilao running through the centre spanned by a magnificent seven-arch Roman bridge. It has a castle and is known on the Algarve as the town of churches. Don't miss the tiny cliff top hamlet of Cacella Velha. Estoi has Roman bathhouse ruins and mosiacs and there are lots of local towns within easy reach having markets at weekends. For keen golfers there are 5 superb golf courses within a 20km radius, Benamor - 15mins, Quinta De Cima & Quinta De Ria- 20 mins, Castro Marim 20 mins. Brand new for this year - only 5 mins away - the new Jack Nicklaus golf course - Monterei Golf Club. There are a large choice of local restaurants and bars close bar. The local bar and shop 3km away run by Fernanda in Faz Fato is an experience not to be missed.
How to get there
Cheap flights available from many airports to Faro from airlines such as Easyjet, Monarch, Flybe, Thomsonfly. Faro airport is 40km away around 45 minutes by Car. Car Hire is essential for this rental property.

Changoever days are flexible. Normal check in time is 4pm and checkout 10am. These times will only be applied if absolutely necessary and we will accommodate arrival and departure as fully as possible. Villa care company available throughout stay for assistance if required. Linen change and cleaning weekly. Welcome pack provided on arrival.
Conditions

Discounts available for longer term lets. It may be possible to review prices should only 1 of the 2 villa apartments be required for rental. Please call to discuss. A 20% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due at least 8 week before arrival. A refundable security deposit will also be required.

Many thanks for a brilliant holiday - the villa is absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed the panoramic views and quietness of the rural location. The villa had everything we wanted and more and the 10 of us were very comfortable. Although fairly isolated, it was still very easy to get to shops, beaches and the golf courses. We also loved the evening barbeques overlooking the stunning illuminated pool area. This truly is a place to come to in order to get away from it all and we hope to be back very soon for another fix.
