New spacious four bedroom (3 en-suite) air conditioned villa, built in its own private 4000 sq.m. grounds surrounded by open countryside with the Benamar Golf Course on the other side of the valley. Very spacious terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, extremely private yet close to town and restaurants of Tavira and Cabanas. Within walking distance of bar and restaurant. There are 3 beaches all within 5 minutes drive, all holding blue flag recognition. Tavira is an old Roman town with lots of narrow cobbled streets, with typical Portuguese restaurants to suit all tastes. There are plenty of shops supermarkets, banks etc.

The Algarve region

Tavira is situated in the Eastern Algarve, the Spanish border is 15 miles to the east, opening up the possibility of day trips to Seville (1.5 hours drive). Don't miss the tiny cliff top hamlet of Cacella Velha. Estoi has Roman bathhouse ruins and mosaics and there are lots of local towns within easy reach having markets at weekends.

Tavira area

Tavira is an ancient town with the River Gilao running through the centre land spanned by a magnificent seven-arch Roman bridge. There are numerous restaurants situated on both sides of the river in the centre of town. It has a castle and is known as the town of churches. The town has good shopping including a market selling excellent local produce.

How to get there

Cheap flights available from many airports to Faro from airlines such as Easyjet, Monarch, Flybe, Thomsonfly, Jet2. Tavira is 30 minutes drive on the motorway from Faro airport. Easy to follow instructions are sent with every reservation.

The master bedroom and second bedroom both have their own private balconies with magnificent countryside views. Master bedroom has a double and single bed with bathroom en-suite. second bedroom has one double bed and bathroom en-suite. Third bedroom has twin beds and toilet/shower room en-suite. Fourth bedroom has a double bed. Extra beds can be provided by our local villa care company. Kitchen/dining room and lounge are open plan and well equipped.

Further details outdoors:
Two spacious terraces, one to the front of the property across the valley to Benamar Golf Course and one surrounding the pool with double barbecue and outdoor shower making an excellent sun bathing/outside dining area. Sunbeds with mattresses are provided. The property is in 4 acres of its own private land , bird watching enthusiasts should not forget the binoculars.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Deposit of £250 per week required when booking with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
