My house has 4 double bedrooms, all with stunning, en suite bathrooms and all with DVD players installed as well.
The large kitchen is equipped, as you'd want, with the very best appliances. The huge sitting room (with satellite television, DVD/CD player and wifi) is filled with light...everything you want for an unforgettable holiday with family and friends is here. You're just minutes away from a championship golf course, beautiful beaches, fabulous restaurants and the local, well-stocked food store. The Gran Canaria region
Gran Canaria is the largest of the 7 Canary Islands. It is blessed with a wonderful year round climate normally varying between 16 degrees at night and 28 degrees during the day. The island is 80kms x 30kms and a tour of the island including the interior is well worthwhile. Las Palmas, the capital, is 60 kms away and is Spain's 5th largest city. It is historic and is one of the world's largest ports and it is where Christopher Columbus lived for some time and embarked on his discovery of the West Indies from here in Las Palmas.
Tauro / Pueblo de Tauro area
The valley where the villa is situated is called "Halsodalen" - Norwegian for "Valley of Health". The World Health Organisation designated the coast between Arguineguin and Mogan as one of the healthiest and least polluted in the world today. The warm dry climate in Tauro can give asthma sufferers real relief. There is a SPAR supermarket about 10 minutes walk/ 2 minute drive from the villa as well as a good restaurant in the same area. Puerto Rico is only 5 minutes away by car and the beautiful Amadores Beach is again only 5 minutes away by car.
How to get there
Las Palmas airport in Gran Canaria is 25 mins away from the house and is well served by Easyjet , My Travel, First Choice, Excel and and other operators from London Gatwick and Manchester as well as Aer Lingus from Dublin and Jet2 and other charter operators from Belfast and Glasgow.

Further details indoors: The villa has been built to a high UK standard and has most amenities required to make your holiday a special one. As the "Canarias 7" - "Hello" magazine equivalent which wrote 7 pages on the house said "This is one of the most luxurious houses in Gran Canaria - a true pearl in Tauro".
It is minimalist in style and the views from practically every room in the house are stunning, looking over the valley out to sea. The valley has an 18 hole Championship Golf Course which was designed by Van Hagge (the designer of Wisley Golf Club in the UK). The nearest public beach is Amadores which is 2 kms away. For night life Puerto Rico is 2 kms away and Maspalomas 12 kms.
Further details outdoors: You will tend to spend most of your time outside the main house either lounging on a sun lounger or sitting waiting for the barbecue to finish cooking your meal! There is an 8 seater table outside the kitchen where you can have your sundowner while watching the sun set over the sea.
Or have a dip in the 11 x 8 metre swimming pool which has an infinity effect. If you wanted to chill away from the heat of the day you can rest in the back garden of the house which is secluded and shaded while listening to the sound of the waterfall which is beside the front steps of the house.

The villa sleeps upto eight - three double bedded rooms and 1 two bedded room (which can be joined together). 20% deposit is required when booking with the final amount due 8 weeks before arrival. Of course with any home with a swimming pool care must be taken with children.
Conditions
The swimming pool requires heating in the winter months. If heating is required an additional and variable amount will be added to the rental price depending on the season. Please contact for more details.

The flights from the UK are either Saturday or Monday although if you travel with Iberia there are daily flights to the island. There are supplements for the Christmas, New Year and Easter periods.
