This property is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom + 1 showeroom and 3 toilets house offered on a 2 bedroom basis for your holiday, rental options/rates are standard OR Gold. SAT TV now included in price. To cater for upto 4 / 5 persons we provide 2 bedrooms and can add 1 single bed TO THE MASTER BEDROOM AS THIS IS THE LARGEST BEDROOM. This means you will have all the space/benefits of a large property with luxuries of marble floors,outdoor Jacuzzi (hired separately to property, inclusive on Gold tariff only), Air Conditioning plenty of living space and fantastic location etc and only pay for your group size on holiday. For guests upto 4 wanting a no hassle holiday from arrival I can collect and return you to the airport, night or day and you have the property and surrounding area to enjoy once in the property.
Local Spar, restaurant, heated communal swimming pool/sun bathing area only 3 min walk, 2 public telephones and postbox for your use their also.
Amadores beach nearby for you to enjoy a beach style holiday if you prefer.
Waterpark (small) for biggest on island, Aqualand water park short journey by bus OR car , bars, many eating places for all age groups from the very young to the young at heart at nearby Puerto Rico a 4 euro taxi ride away. Many things to do and many places of interest on the island all accessible via car, or local bus service, we provide local papers in english (as available) for you to choose whats best for your holiday!

The Gran Canaria region

We have Sun and a constant temperature all year around with very little rain in the year, particularily in the South of the island. We have many attractions to suit all age groups and interests. With a wide range of Sports and relaxing interests as well as many places of interest to visit, something for everyone. Excellent choice of food all year round and so many places to eat out. Good access to all over the island by hire car, local bus service or Taxi's (local trips to Puerto Rico 4 euros).

Tauro / Anfi Tauro Resort area

Tauro is a valley that has grown steadily over the years and has become a great place to stay, for it's easy access/location in the South with good road and bus links to all the island and it's attractions. The glorious sunshine and weather all year around, one of the best white sand beaches with restaurants/bars and beach facilities/water activeties at nearby Amadores, with easy access to Puerto Rico a lively town just 5 minutes car ride away from property Mar Y Sol. Good choice of eating places with many bars and shopping centre all on hand for your use.

How to get there

Fly to Las Palmas Airport.
On arrival there are plenty of hire car companies at the Airport, popular ones are - CiCar and Record.
There is a taxi rank or bus service available at the Airport.
If you have hired a car you need to take GC1 Sur directly from the Airport and stay on this road for approximately 50 kilometres until you reach the end of GC1 at Puerto Rico. At the roundabout at the end of the Motorway keep to your right and approximately 1 kilometre there will be an exit marked Tauro, take the slip road and at the top of the road turn first right, follow this road for approximately 200 metres and there is a turning on your left, take immediate left again, remain on this road for 100 metres and it is the second property on your left.

Further details indoors:
Luxury finish throughout with marble floors and many little touches, thought about for your stay. Air conditioning in the Lounge and the Masterbedroom (2nd bedroom also on Gold tariff only). Sky news and other English speaking channels via SAT dish available in property with various channels. Also CDs can be played in lounge, on separate mini Hi Fi.

Further details outdoors:
Upper terrace has recliner chairs and other 2 chairs and round table for drinks or will seat 4 for sit down meal upto possible using built in seating on terrace plus table and chairs just mentioned. 2 sun loungers outside also to use during your stay (seasonal). Full terrace with built in marble seating also with 6 meter roller blind to extend and retract for extra sun shade if required (seasonal).
Lower terrace has the Master bedroom door access to sun terrace.

Linen and towels changed every 7th day of each 2 week+ stay.

Local manager nearby if you need any contact during your stay, and for key hand over and collection. contact by mobile for key handover on site. Mobile on e mailed contract provided for your stay.
