If you come with small children, you must be responsible of their security, due to there is a swimming-pool (deepth: 1 metre) in the garden. The owner require sign a document in this sense. Refundable breakages deposit of 200 euros required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure or at the moment of departure if is possible to do an inspection together (subject to satisfactory property inspection). The terms of payment of bookings by direct agreement with the owner.
