The property is light, spacious & airy & comprises of four bedrooms, one bedroom opens right out onto the pool. All the rooms are furnished to a very high standard. All three bathrooms are tiled in marble. The spacious open plan living leads you from the entrance hall to the dining room where you can enjoy your meals. In the living area two large sofas and TV, DVD, CD and radio are provided for your home entertainment. There is a fully fitted 'Siematic' kitchen with everything you need, truly home from home. For balmier evenings you can choose to eat outdoors on the covered terrace at a granite dining table for 8 people.

The Gran Canaria region
Gran Canaria offers the stable Summer climate all year round, the one you long for when European winters are getting to you... Southern Gran Canaria has a milder climate than the Northern part of the island - add a few degrees to the temps you see on TV from Las Palmas. The island offers great restaurants, fantastic beaches, great shopping (at taxfree prices) - and the family attractions of water parks, animal parks, fishing trips, great traditional sights inland and a number of local markets during the week. All easily accessible from our holiday home.
Tauro area
Tauro is a beach and a valley located between the tourist town of Puerto Rico and the picturesq fishing village of Puerto de Mogan. Our Tauro home is in hillside of the etsblished, residential part of Tauro - with privacy and restful surroundings away from it all - still just a few minutes from the fantastic beaches of Amadores, Tauro, Puerto Rico, and Playa del Cura. Tauro offers a local grocery shop (with fresh bakery), and a very nice bar and restaurant. Other shops and restaurants on the Tauro beach and Amadores.
How to get there
- Fly to Gran Canaria airport (just South of Las Palmas), and our Tauro villa is just half an hours' drive on the new motorway. Easy to find - and we meet you at the airport with the keys.

Further details indoors: High quality furniture, nice finishings and a bright, airy interior makes this a home away from home, to retreat into after a day in the sun on the large terrace, on the beach, in the mountain of on the golf course. Enjoy your meals in the modern dining area or outside on the the large covered dining area outside on the terrace.
Further details outdoors: Watch the sun come up and go down from our large private terrace of some 200 sq. meters, it surrounds the private heated pool in front of the villa. Part of the terrace is covered from the sun, and secluded from the pool area with a gate that prevents small children from the pool area while unattended. Loungers and deck chairs for eight. Private reserved parking, covered from the sun. Our hillside location offers a broad nice view over the Tauro valley and onto the ocean. We live in a well established residential area, away from the traffic and noise of the bury tourist sites (but still close enough to enjoy what you want from them).
Further details
The swimming pool is heated all year round. Gardener cleans pool and waters palms and plants twice weekly.
