A Georgian bedroom has green painted wood panelling. On the third floor there is an unusual elm boarding screen and this divides the upstairs bedrooms, with an antique four poster bed and beautiful elm beams. Tastefully decorated and furnished to reflect the original stunning features within this property. Outside there are picnic tables, a large lawn and flag stone patio with barbeque.

Located in the Taunton Vale only 4 miles from Taunton. Surrounded by 80 acres of farmland. Numerous walks. Historic location dating from medieval times. Walks at Line Wood only 1 mile. Willow and wetland centre nearby. Somerset extends to Exmoor in the West to Bristol and Bath and the coast at Lyme Regis, for fossil hunting. Centrally located to exlpore the region.

Further details indoors: The first floor has a kitchen with flag stone floor,Aga and large oak table. A Georgian ground floor bedroom dating from 1750 with double bed, completely wood panelled. The sitting-room has a parquet wood floor and inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. Entrance hall has Minton tiled floor leading off from the main oak front door.
The second floor has 2 double bedrooms + 1 single in one room and a twin-bedded room. All furnished individually. Also large bathroom with huge cast iron Victorian bath in the main bathroom and shower room.
Third floor, dating from medieval times with a listed elm boarding screen, original elm floor boards and elm beams throughout. One four poster and two single beds are in the main room divided with the staircase from the second floor. A doorway through the elm panelled screen leads to another beautiful room with en suite bathroom.
Outside is a flagstone patio area and hot tub, picnic table and lawns.
