About the home

This spacious luxury lodge, sleeps up to eight people has a large open plan living area with a modern fitted kitchen, a dining area, luxury leather lounge seating and hd tv with sky+ movies and sports, there are three double bedrooms one with en suite shower room and a family bathroom, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other two bedrooms have twin beds, further sleeping is on an airbed with an electric pump.

The decked patio with hot tub has magnificent views over the Waterski Lake and the golf course and because it faces west it gets the sun all day and is a wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset over the lake in the evening.

The 1st tee of the 18 hole golf course (4687 yards, par 66) is just a few hundred yards from the lodge.

INDOOR SWIMMING POOL with lake view hot tubs, spa with pamper treatments and relaxation area presently under construction on the park and opening for the Spring bank holiday.

The Heart of England / Peak District / Lincolnshire region

Lincolnshire is a rural and coastal county in the East Midlands, the county is on the drier side of Britain and tends to have less rainfall than most parts of Britain. To the north east of the county are the Linconshire Wolds an designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with their beautiful rolling hills, to the south of the county are the Fens. Lincoln is a beautiful city with a magnificent Cathedral, many old buildings and the Brayford Pool with its waterside bar and restaurants, throughout the county are many market towns and in the north is Grimsby the famous fishing port.
Tattershall is in the heart of the county lying on the southern edge of the Wolds.

The Tattershall area

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a great place for a break away and offers something for everyone, families, friends, couples, young or old and everyone in-between, there are plenty of activities or just sit back relax and enjoy the lake views, the countryside and the wildlife.
There is an 80 acre water ski lake, 45 acre jet ski lake, 4 well stocked fishing lakes, 18 hole golf course, walks, cycle paths, children's play area, the boathouse bar and diner, the propeller bar with lake views, sports t.v. snooker and pool tables.

From Easter to the end of October the park offers numerous activities including family entertainment and weekend cabarets in the clubhouse, kids club, various water sports such as jet ski hire, water ski lessons, banana and ringo rides, kayak safaris or the more sedate pedlows, bicycle hire, golf club and fishing rod hire.

Now open the new, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, spa for pamper treatments and relaxation area.

Also on the park is a well equipped launderette and from April to the end of October a convenience store.

The Tattershall skyline is dominated by the magnificent mighty red brick Keep of the Tattershall Castle and the Holy Trinity Collegiate Church.
The house of Tom Thumb can be seen on the ridge of a town house in the Market Square.
