Spacious Apartment (65 mq - first floor - 2/4 sleeps) with is own big equipped garden: beach umbrella, table and chairs.
It is located in Marina Velca Beach close to Tarquinia, near Viterbo, between Rome and Siena. Marina Velca is a very quiet residential place where there are only Villas or Apartments with own indipendent gardens and one of the best Golf of Italy. It is a very good place for lovers of nature, it is an excellent place for little families.
The apartmnent is close the beach (100mt).
It is located in first floor with: 1 large equipped garden with an external shower, table, chairs and beach umbrella, 1 Barbecue, 1 large double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (bunk bed), 1 new bathroom, 1 new kitchenette, 1 spacious livingroom, 2 balconies. Elegant and cool rooms.
Suitable for adults and young boys and girls. Not for baby and little children.
DURING THE SUMMER WE PREFER TO RENT FOR 2 WEEKS for 2 adults.

SPECIAL OFFER in JUNE and SEPTEMBER: 2 persons euro 730 per week.

People can reach this apartment in 40 minutes by car from Rome airport by AURELIA road and exit TARQUINIA.
WE RENT PER WEEK from Monday to Monday.

TO 40 minutes from Rome Airport (Fiumicino airport and Ciampino Airport).
To 2 Kms is Tarquinia city where people can find: Bus service, Train Service.
Big Shops, Market Super, Banks, Pharmacy, Pubs, Hospital, Museum, Disco...

It is a very beautiful area, reach in History, because it is tha cradle of Etruscan Civilization, with the most important Etruscan Museum in Tarquinia. In Marina Velca there is the most important Golf of central Italy.
Very good products and excellent Restaurants:
- Restaurants are 100mt and 300mt far from the house.
- Bars are 100mt far from the house.
- Shops are 150mt far from the house.
- Swimming pool is 80mt far from the apartment; it is possible to enter if you pay must pay a tiket.
- Big super markets are 1km far from the house.
- Golf to 700mt
The house is near the beach, 80 mt far from the beach....
The beach is sendy and not gravel.

LOCAL CUISINE: The taste of the local gastronomy is marked by some common features shared with habits and traditions of Rome, Umbria and Tuscany.

Fly to Rome Airport (FIUMICINO AIRPORT or CIAMPINO Airport) then take a car and in 40-50 minutes it is possible to reach Tarquinia (ETRUSCAN COAST). Then in 3 minutes you arrive Marina Velca Residential place where there is the apartment.

The closest airports are: Fiumicino airport in Rome and Ciampino airport in Rome (40-50 minutes by car).

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
BOOKINGS: Just contact us by phone, fax or e-mail to check the availability of the accommodation of your choice.
PAYMENTS: Upon confirmation you are requested to pay an advance of 40% of the total amount. Payments are made by a Money Transfer. The remainder is paid at least 40 days before the starting date of your stay with another Money Transfer.
DOCUMENTS: Italian Law requires that all guests produce a means of identification (I.D. Card or Passport) at the time of arrival.
DEPOSIT: A fully-returnable deposit is requested at the time of arrival: euro 300 for the apartment . This is to cover any damages to the property.
LENGHT OF STAY: All rentals are on a weekly basis, at least 14 nights and start and end on Monday.
You may enter the premises between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Guests should leave by 10.00 a.m. on the agreed day of departure.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The number of people staying in the house should not exceed the figure stated. In same cases extra sleeping places can be provided by previous arrangement with us.
CLEANING: - The property is rented out clean, tidy and bed linen is provided. Guests should leave the property in the same condition. A cleaning fee of euro 12 each person will otherwise be deduced from the deposit.
- The final cleaning is euro 12 per person
- The cleaning of the apartment and the bed linen, kitchen linen, bathroom linen euro 12 each person 1 time in the week (on Monday).
-CANCELLATIONS: In the case of cancellations 40 days from the planned date of arrival 40% of the total cost is due; within 40 to 20 days from the planned date of arrival 50% of the total cost is due;
within 20 to 8 days from the planned date of arrival 75% of the total cost is due and the total amount (100%) is to be paid in the case of cancellations within the last 8 days.
- PETS NOT ALLOWED.
