Used in 2005 and 2006 by the cast of the TV soup "Neighbours" to relax and work.
Used in 2007-08-09 by the kiteboarding company "Best kiteboarding" as a base for its European presentations and developement.
Autumn 2007 saw the photo- shooting of "Elle Magazine" models on the property. Summer 2009 used by the world record holder for swimming across straights of Gibraltar in 2hrs.15mins!!
