The costa del la luz has one of the best climates in all southern europe, mild winters and summers not to hot due to the cooling effect of the atlantic ocean. It is also well connected to surrounding cities like cadiz and malaga.
Tarifa area
Tarifa, is probably one of the best places in the world to learn kitesurfing, there is 12kms of endless sandy virgen beaches. With the mountains behind the beach as contrast it also makes a great place for other activities such as horse riding and mountain biking.

Further details indoors: The property has 110m2 with 2 gardens and 3 terraces plus a swimming pool (NB, swim pool open between mid June and mid Sept only), There is also large chill out roof terrace with bath/plunge pool and views of the sea and Africa beyond. The property is located in the centre of Tarifa in a very quite and safe area with plenty of, off road parking, close to all shops and supermarkets. A very comfortable rental property for families with kids.
Further details outdoors: The community swimming pool is only open between the months of mid June to mid September. This is because in Spain thats all they call summer!!!
