beaches of Tarifa. Ideal for families or group of friends seeking relaxation.
The house has a surface of 220 m2 and is on a private plot of 2250 m2., has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , a big living room (50 m2), big kitchen (25 m2) and a
huge terrace with extraordinary views across to Morocco, facing south on the pool and to Strait of Gibraltar; all the comforts for summer and winter use too
(gas central heating + big fire place).
The swimming pool is 8x4 (deep 1.2 until 1.7 mt.) and is ideal for children and elderly people.
The house has all comforts and is very quite for a relaxing holiday. The large private garden with pool, shower and barbecue is inside a private urbanisation
dipped in Parque Natural de los Alcornocales (Corks Natural Park).

Bike rentals, horse riding, kite-surf , wind-surf , padde-surf rentals and schools in Tarifa.
Conditions
Booking conditions are the following : 30 % of total for booking ( bank transfer), balance, at the check-in, cash only. Advanced payment is not refundable 60 days prior to your arrival.
At the check-in 500 € in cash as a deposit against breakages/damages. Minimum stay 1 week from June - September.

The Costa de la Luz region
The Costa de la Luz, or ‘Coast of Light’, is an unspoilt stretch of coastline in southern Spain, covering the Cadiz and Huelva provinces and often offering stunning views as far as Morocco. The Tarifa / El Cuarton area
Excellent restaurant 5 min.walk from the house is "Mesón de Sancho" famous for its typical spanish dishes and its wines (average dinner could cost 50/60 € per person)

Fly to Malaga - Follow signs to Algeciras/Cadiz.; 2 hours drive
Fly to Jerez - Follow signs to Algeciras; 1 hours drive

Casa Magica is beautiful, tucked away in a wonderful garden, with good-sized bedrooms, massive kitchen and spacious living area. It is perfect if you want to chill by the pool, have big dinners and relax. It's never too hot up there and it's really quiet. You'll need a car to go to Tarifa (10 min drive). A big supermarket and little shops are within 5 min drive. Highly recommended if you are prone to get sunburned (the beach is windy and you don't realise how strong the sun is!). had a blissful time, would go back now... (only downsize was a prickly neighbor) |
