Le Mas d 'Esquirolly is an authentic 17th century, with thick walls, the Roman tile roof, and housed in the heart of an enclosed park of around 2 hectares Immersed in the heart of Provence, you will enjoy a huge 19 m swimming pool chlorine untreated (treatment Bio-UV), the quiet surroundings and the soothing atmosphere to the property. The apartment-cottage of 120 m² we offer has been fully renovated in 2013, it combines comfort and Provencal traditions. It is classified furnished with tourism 4 stars. It has 3 large bedrooms with king size beds or single beds, a living room with fireplace a fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine), a beautiful bathroom (walk-in shower) with bidet and a separate toilet. His direct garden access allows allows you to dine under the mulberry trees and free access to the pool or petanque. Dear Guest, thank you so much for taking the time to share with so much details your experience following your recent stay in our property. .I am very disappointed to read that we have not managed to meet your expectations despite all our efforts and our Friends’ efforts. Indeed, you forgot to explain the hosts who welcomed you were Friends of us, welcoming you voluntarily and not professional hosts. That this is not a common situation in our property, the 1st time indeed, and with you prior agreement. You also forgot to explain you had been upgraded free of charge in our biggest apartment instead the one you booked, because of the sympathy we have for your parents, who stayed 3 times before in our property. Thus, they must appreciate our customer service to come a fourth time. The heating was turned on as soon as you made the demand and remained on during your stay. The dogs were kept all day long in a closed garden after they escaped and no one asked you any responsibility concerning their behavior. We always take the time to analyze all guest’s feedbacks and find ways to make improvements. We truly hope that we will have the chance to welcoming you back in our property and provide you with the best care and attention. Warm Regards, Le Mas d’Esquirolly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne et Matthieu (the owner) a message.

If Anne et Matthieu (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
