The villa can accommodate groups ranging from 2-16 persons. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and private entrances, terraces and patios which can provide complete privacy for smaller groups or be used to unite a large group. Has a spectacular 14 foot deep swimming pool and entertainment area containing a wet bar, upholstered chaise lounges, tables, chairs, bbq. Individual residences can be rented to suit the size of your group: 'Gabriel' Residence: Has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus pull out sofa, on 2 floors, sleeps up to 8. 'Ezekial' Residence 2: Has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,kitchen, dining room and living room, for up to 6. Residence 3: 'Cupid' Quarters, is a one bedroom suite, for 2.

The Sicily region
The weather in Sicily is very similar to that of Los Angeles, nearly perfect. Rainy season is Dec-early March with summer weather may through October. July and August can be very hot during the day, but off shore breezes cool the island at night creating comfortable evenings.

Residence 2: All rooms with vaulted ceilings, and is set on the main floor of the villa with a private 800 sq foot terrace, including an outdoor marble table for alfresco dining under a colonade with ceramic chandelier commissioned for the villa.
Residence 3: Has vaulted ceilings, bath and eat -in kitchen. Private Terrace equipped with chaise Lounges and dining table for alfresco dining.
Satellite TV is available in Residence 1 with 7 movie channels free of charge. Residences 2 and 3 have local stations and BBC. All residences have cd players.
Further details outdoors: The property is extensive, featuring 500 year old olive trees, as well as pear, peach, plum, apricot, hazelnut, walnut , almond fig, orange, grapes, grapefruit, tangerines, persimmons and pomergranites. Guest are welcome to pick the fruit as it ripens in season.
