Our apartment is an ideal base from where to explore eastern Sicily, and at the same time it is ideal is you want to dive into the real sicilian culture. The apartment is elegant and fully furnished, with plenty of storage space and 3 balconies from where have a sunny breakfast for a great start of the day...
It is centrally located in our village, and only 50 meters to the beach, ideal for relaxing holidays but also as a base to discover eastern Sicily! In case you have a car, there is plenty of parking space outside the front door of the apartment. Letojanni has many restaurants and bars for all budgets where you can savour our sicilian specialities. As the village is not big, and the apartment centrally located, its an ideal location if you want to relax and enjoy our sicilian lifestyle away from the tourist masses and the busy city life!

The Sicily region
There is SO much to see in Sicily! The eastern part of Sicily is certainly ideal for summer/beach holidays, and Letojanni has the best beaches in the whole area. You can do plenty of seaside sports in summer, from diving to jetskiing, plus paragliding, mountain-biking etc... but its not just about beaches! Winter is a pretty nice time to discover Sicily too! less tourists, nice, often warm weather, clear skies... ideal for hiking and discovering our nature... And have you ever thought about snowboarding on a volcano? well, you can do this on the Etna too! there are skilifts available during the winter period, and although the season is not as long as on the Alps, its an amazing experience nonetheless!
Needless to say there are plenty of cultural sights around, from Taormina - our historical gem - to Catania, Syracuse etc... Furthermore, in Taormina and Catania you can enjoy numerous music and cultural festivals, all year round!
In brief, an ideal holiday if you are interested in any of the following: arts and culture, nature, sports, good food, beaches, relax and going out!
Taormina / Letojanni area
Letojanni is a small fishing village that is an ideal base to explore the Eastern Sicily. Our apartment is located only 50m to the beach and is right at the city centre, near bars, shops and restaurants, train and bus stops. Letojanni is an ideal destination if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun, but also if you're interested in culture and nature. You can practice sports from mountain-biking to paragliding to diving, and various walking trails are present in the area. You can easily take day trips to Taormina, mount Etna, the Aeolian islands, Catania, Syracuse etc. or if you prefer just lie on the beach sunbathing and swimming in the Mediterranean Sea! Furthermore, the village is not too touristy yet, so you'll feel like living in a real sicilian village, but with all comodities available!

Conditions
To secure your booking, we need 20% deposit to be arranged by bank transfer 6 weeks prior to your arrival. In case of late cancellation (20 days before the day of arrival) we will keep the deposit. We also accept UK cheques in pounds.

Deposit required: we ask 20% of the total of your stay as a deposit to guarantee your booking. The deposit needs to be done by bank transfer. We also accept UK cheques in pounds.
Cancellation policy: is free of change 20 days before your arrival. In case of late cancellation we will keep the deposit.
For groups from 4 to 6 people a refundable deposit of Euros 100 is required. The sum will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
