Exterior:

Villa Araba is a luxury house belonging to a residence complex nestled into the cliff face looking over Isola Bella, a little island off the Sicilian coast. It is conveniently located just 3km from Taormina and Giardini Naxos, attractive little towns with plenty to see and do.

The villa has direct access to the beach via a staircase, a beautiful descent which passes by the shared swimming pool. The beach is also easily accessed by a lift cut into the rock if you don't want to climb back up at the end of the day! The residence complex has everything you need- attendants, sun loungers, um
ellas, beach huts, bathrooms, and a snack bar.

Unlike the other residences in the complex, Villa Araba boasts its own private garden and terrace. Completely secluded, the villa can hardly be seen from the sea or the road, ensuring your absolute privacy.

There is a lounge area with sofas, a covered furnished terrace ideal for al fresco meals, and a deck from where you can watch a stunning sunset over the sea.



Interior:

The interiors are modern and simple in style with white, chrome, and glass finishings, giving a clean and fresh look.

Open-plan, the large living room has comfortable sofas, a wide-screen HD television and DVD player and a dining area where 8 guests can be seated. The kitchen is situated to one side, separated by sliding doors and fully-equipped with all you could need and more for self-catering, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

There are three double bedrooms in total, plus an extra one which is smaller than the rest, each with a full ensuite bathroom.

The house has internet access on request, private parking, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and bed and bath linen provided. Not recommended for the disabled.

An excellent choice for a relaxing holiday combining lazy days lying in the sunshine, good meals out, and pleasant strolls around the nearby towns.
