“Acqua” is an elegant three-roomed flat that has been inspired by the surroundings, with its blue walls that almost seem to be enveloped in the blue of the sea that lays behind them. Like the others, it is located on the Ionian coast not far from the centre of Acireale, a splendid town at the slopes of Etna, half way between Catania and the famous tourist centre of Taormina. The apartment is decidedly above average and fully equipped for every need, with an attentive eye to both elegance and functionality. It has a balcony with a breathtaking view, so wide that you can sunbathe, eat or just lounge around, all at the same time. In any case there is also a solarium on the ground floor just a few metres from the water’s edge with private beach access. The house can sleep up to seven, and all beds are relaxing and comfortable. In the apartment you will find: air-conditioning in all rooms, TV, satellite with NDS decoder (subscribers to Italian pay-TV will be able to see their favourite programmes even when on holiday with their own smart-card), microwave oven, large traditional oven, mobile mosquito screens on the windows and balcony, sunbeds, outside furniture, personal washing machine. The price also includes: bathroom towels and sheets for each guest, 1 car park space, electricity and water.

The Sicily region
The climate is mild during the winter period and catches up the 27 degrees in the summery period. The places more important to visit are: Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Gole Alcantara, Catania, Caltagirone, Messina, Palermo, Siracusa and Ortigia, Noto, Etna, Agrigento, Piazza Armerina.
Taormina / Acireale area
Over a lavic territory, Acireale boasts a conspicuous production of citrus fruits, cereals, other fruits, and vegetables. Cattle breeding and sheep farms are flourishing, and their deriving products are exhibited at the annual Cattle Fair, held in the month of July. The typical local handicraft work includes wrought iron and lava-rock objects. Hand made embroideries are also very remarkable. The main local festivities are: the carnival, the festivity of Saint Sebastian, the baroque of Acireale, library Zelantea, Archaeological Museum c/o Zelantea, Museum of the Civilization Peasant.

Fly to Catania Fontanarossa airport then take the local bus to Acireale. You can catch up to us also with the train coming down to the station of Acireale.
