The balcony is South-West facing and catches the bright afternoon sun. The apartment is neutrally decorated and fully furnished, equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 29" TV, DVD/CD player, HSPDA Broadband (Optimum speed up to 3.6 Mbps).
The property is a secured gated community with CCTV and 24 hours security. There are two blocks of buildings that share a multi-storey covered car park and surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. The large swimming pool has attached wading/baby pool and jacuzzi. The poolside has a BBQ area, deck chairs, sun loungers and picnic tables. Overlooking the pool is a well-equipped gym with treadmill, stepper etc.

Bookings - Bookings to be made via email or phone. A 10% deposit will be required on booking and the balance is required 4 weeks before arrival date. Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival date will incur a loss of deposit due to administration cost.
Security Deposit - A cheque deposit/holding of £150 will be required to cover for any breakages and key/security pass replacement if lost during your stay. This will be refunded in full within two weeks of your departure date where there are no losses or breakages.
Compulsory: - Meet & Greet service with check-in and checkout of £10. - Final Cleaning of £20.
Optional: - Changing Linen and Towels for £20 (Queen Size Bed) and £15 (Single Size Bed).
