ABOUT SPA RETREAT:

Spa Retreat features 2400 sqft of living space with 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms and a two-car garage within a safe, family-oriented neighborhood of homes built in the 2000s.

LIVING ROOM:

As you walk through the front entry of lush landscaping, you will feel expanded by the home’s two-story vaulted ceilings. Here you’ll find a conversation area and beautiful baby grand piano, enriched with a contemporary color palette and new wood plank tile flooring. Before continuing to the kitchen, use Spa Retreat’s dedicated iPad smart home system - stream music on linked speakers, change the home’s temperature or turn up the lights. Receive weather alerts, reminders for trash pickup or leave notes for family members most conveniently.

KITCHEN-FAMILY ROOM:

Here, the kitchen-family room combo brings joy to everyday living with floor-to-ceiling windows. A large dining table with bench seating services the family and guests while long granite countertops provide ample room for cooking. The kitchen is complemented with stainless steel appliances and plenty of dish sets and cooking tools. The adjoining family room features a sectional sofa with chaise and 65” 4K Flatscreen TV - perfect for binging your favorite flicks on HBO or Showtime.

LANAI AND POOL:

The patio slider provides access to the screened-in lanai, complete with dining area, outdoor daybed, tropical planters and newly refinished pool with mosaic glass tile. With the touch of a button - turn on the hot tub, pool light or waterfall. Float around under the beautiful sunset while reeds and palms blow gently around you. You may be greeted by the conservation pond’s timid turtles, graceful heron, or playful ducks - among other birdlife (no gators here). For cooler days and nights, keep the sliding doors open and let the outdoors inside with your nearly-private lanai. Two fenced side yards complete the outdoor area.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

The first-floor Master Suite (1) also grants access to the lanai, elegantly themed with a gorgeous Restoration Hardware bed with premium king memory foam mattress, ceiling fan and 47" Flatscreen TV. The master bathroom provides a double vanity, large tub and walk-in shower. A half bath and GE Profile washer/dryer unit complete the downstairs.

Make your way up the newly finished staircase to the second-story loft, lined with bookcases. Here you’ll find one full bath and three bedrooms all with flatscreen TVs and premium cable. Open the double doors to Bedroom (2), currently being used as an office with a Full size pull-out sofa bed and iMac. Bedroom (3) presents a stylish theme with Queen bed, pillow-top mattress and a vaulted ceiling with fan. Bedroom (4) shows a more natural theme with plush Queen bed and ceiling fan. Both of these bedrooms contain built-in closet organizers. The bathroom features natural stone finishes and a glass block shower with pebble floor.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

Additional system upgrades include new insta-hot water water heater, new main A/C system, and high speed WiFi. Pool functions are automated and heating is available for an additional fee. Utilities included. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing vacation, productive corporate rental, or longer stay - Spa Retreat provides the atmosphere and amenities you’ll need.

LOCATION:

Located in the North Tampa suburb of Citrus Park, Spa Retreat is convenient and central to many points of interest. Locally - Publix Supermarket, Westfield Shopping Mall and many stores and restaurants are right around the corner. Access the Upper Tampa Bay Nature Trail directly from the neighborhood or easily hop on Veteran’s Expressway for quick access to Bay Area destinations - Westshore, South Tampa, Downtown Tampa, Ybor, Downtown St. Petersburg and many beach communities. Or take the back roads through Odessa to Honeymoon Island. Just 1.5 hours from Orlando/Disney or Sarasota and 15 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

A FEW EXCEPTIONS:

Sorry - No parties, events, or formal functions. Pets not permitted. Spa Retreat is ideal for professionals and families. The neighbors are pleasant and mutual respect is very important to us. Spa Retreat is kept very clean and well maintained. Max rental group of 6 people.

Had an amazing family vacation. Stayed a whole week. We loved the room to have company. Had to leave early sure to hurricane irma. near several beaches. Lots of extras.
