On the first floor, the entrance hall gives access to a spacious lounge / dining room, which has a covered terrace off, equipped with brick built barbecue and patio furniture for ‘alfresco’ dining. The fitted kitchen is conveniently located next to the living room and gives access to the garage and laundry area. In addition there is another twin bedroom and family bathroom on this floor. The villa is tastefully furnished and well equipped throughout, making it a very comfortable venue for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Outside, covered and open terraces give access to extensive, well kept mature gardens with lawns and an 8m x 4.5m swimming pool with roman steps, making it ideal for children and the elderly. There is a children’s play area with swings, a shaded parking area and a garage. The villa is totally private and not overlooked in anyway.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
Costa Brava is well known for the package holiday destinations such as Lloret del Mar and Tossa del Mar in Southern Costa Brava. The real Costa Brava is a diverse region of extraordinary natural beauty and cultural heritage (Dali, Picasso, Romanesque art, Roman Ruins).
Attractions include many beautiful beaches and coves, facilities for adventure sports, mountaineering and rock-climbing. It has a highly rated, distinctive cuisine, a rich heritage of Romanesque art, natural parks and the nearby Catalonia Pyrenees ski resorts.

Part of the coastal region of Cataluña in northeast Spain, the resort area extends some 125km along the Mediterranean Sea, from the French border at Port-Bou to the Spanish resort of Blanes.
The Costa Brava, with it's mix of rugged coastal scenery and quaint fishing villages, is one of the most popular locations for holiday villas in Spain.
The featured resort of Tamariu is approximately 50km from Gerona Airport and 140km from Barcelona Airport. Charter flights, "No Frills" Airlines and National Schedule carriers service these airports from the UK.
The Tamariu area
One of the smallest and most picturesque resorts tucked in along this beautiful section of the Spanish coast, Tamarui is an idea destination to experience a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Numerous water sports are available from the delightful beach which measures 180m in length and 51m in width. The fine white sand is lapped by gentle still waves, making Tamariu an ideal location for young children and good swimmers alike.
There is a variety of restaurants and shops on the beachfront offering the wonderful gastronomy of the region as international Cuisine.
Our villas are situated above the resort in the quiet "Algua Gelida" urbanisation, which is surrounded by pine trees and offers breath taking open sea views from the coast road.
