About the home

This traditional detached villa is situated on the Aigua Gelida urbanisation, just 700m from the unspoilt resort of Tamariu with it’s beautiful sandy beach and numerous fine restaurants and shops.

The accommodation consist of a master double bedroom, a second double bedroom, a single room, with pull out second bed and a children’s twin bedroom in the loft space, a family half bathroom, spacious living / dining room with a covered terrace off and an American style fitted kitchen having traditional stone sink unit and wooden cupboards. Furnished in a traditional rustic style, the house is full of character and will make an ideal venue for a quiet and peaceful holiday.

Pine trees to the rear create a shaded ‘alfresco’ dining area, which is equipped with patio furniture. The 6m x 5.5m swimming pool has roman steps for easy access, making it ideal for children and the elderly.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia/Barcelona region

“The perfect place for a relaxed family holiday - a real find! Really loved it!” This Vilia is well situated in a quiet street across from a simple but great restaurant (not noisy) and close enough to the beach. Tamariu is gorgeous and is so close to so many other beautiful beach towns (Llafranc, Calella, L'Estartit, Aqua D'Aro, Palemos ...) and shopping at Parafrugell was very convenient - although you do need a car to get around. We felt very safe there and didn't worry so much about our daughter running around the beachfront. We hired small motorboats to explore, went sailing and snorkelling, visited a castle, went to the circus and a nearby Water Park - never got bored. The service was great, the Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this Villa in this town! Can't wait to go back!
