Located 9km south of Les Sables-d’Olonne, this 90-hectare car-free village proposes numerous activities for all ages, ranging from a glorious 9-hole golf course, an aquatic centre with 3 swimming pools, a central lake and a glorious beach accessible on foot or by our seasonal tourist train.

This charming village is divided into five districts: “Le Lac” (lake), “Les Portes de l'Océan” (ocean), “Le Golf” (golf), “Le Bocage" (grove) and “Le Domaine du Moulin ” (windmill). In terms of comfort, you can choose between 3 and 4 suns (located in “Le Golf” or “Le Domaine du Moulin”).

The Poitou-Charentes / Vendee / Vendee region

-Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, Richard the Lionheart’s castle (11th century), the Vendée Automobile Museum, the salt marshes, oyster farming, the Veillon dune and forest. The Prehistoric Centre in Saint-Hilaire-la-Forêt, "La Folie de Finfarine" tree and nature park in Poiroux, Guignardière Castle and the Cour d' Aron Floral and Tropical Park in Avrillé, the Lieu Dieu Abbey in Jard-sur-Mer, numerous walking and mountain-bike circuits in the Talmondais sector.
- Les Sables d'Olonne, the Naval and Sainte-Croix-de-Vie Abbey museums.
Saint-Gilles Croix-de-Vie, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Ile Dieu, Ile de Noirmoutier. Flower gardens and castle in Saint-Cyr-en-Talmondais, Luçon (cathedral), Fontenay-le-Comte (old town, Terre Neuve Castle).
- The Poitevin marshes, the fortified village of Vouvant with its Romanesque bridge, etc.
- “L'Estuaire de la Vie”. La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré, the south Vendée region and "Green Venice", flowers and bird life on the coast, Puy du Fou Castle and park.

The Talmont St Hilaire / Port Bourgenay area

Close to the Sables-d'Olonnes, Port-Bourgenay is a green place located in a park of 85 hectares between the ocean and pine woods. It is a real village with restaurants and shops situated around a lake and a 18 hole golf course. The beach is accessible by foot or thanks to a "small train".

The main events are:
-Festival de la Déferlante” (a variety of free, open air shows) in Saint-Jean-de-Monts and surrounding area.
- Cinema in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire.
- Puy du Fou: shows from mid-June to end of August (dates subject to change).
-Tour de France: the cycle race passes through Talmont-Saint-Hilaire on 3rd July.

By Car:
Take the A83-E3 towards Bordeaux (via the motorway), exit to La Roche-sur-Yon via the D 763 and D 937. Bypass La Roche-sur-Yon on the N160 going towards Les Sables d’Olonne. Exit at Chapelle.

Achard/Grosbreuil/Talmont-St-Hilaire on the D21. At Talmont, drive towards Port-Bourgenay on the D949, then the D4.

Refundable deposit: 200 euros. Arrivals on Saturday from 5 pm, departures on Saturday before 10 am. Access to the games and sports equipments, to the free adult entertainment.
