The North Estonia/Tallinn region
Estonia is very nice in summer with it's sandy beaches and pine forest next to them. The best beach in Tallinn is Pirita beach. In summer temperature can reach +30C. In winter it can get as cold as -10C. Autumn and spring temperatures will be around +10 to +20 C. There are many festivals during different seasons like Rock Summer, Singing festival, Jazz festival, Beer festival. In winter, when there is snow, you can indulge yourself in activities like skating, sledging and skiing.
Tallinn area
Take a tour of the Old Town with it's medieval churches, towers and many museums. Great for clubbing, eating out, shopping. There is a yaht club in Pirita, you can also do sailing, windsurfing and many other water sports. If you prefer more cultural holiday you can do a tour of the Old town with it's 1000 years of history, 1000 places to see and many stories to hear. There are Niguliste Church, Alexander Nevski Cathedral and Oleviste Church all within minutes walk from the proeprty. Visit a national museum under open air in Rokkalmare where you will learn about life of Estonians, their culture, history and can even enjoy national dancing and participate in them.
