City Style 3 is located within few minutes walking distance from the enchanting Old Town, right on the foot of Toompea Hill, close to the Toompea Castle and Nevsky Cathedral.

The apartment is very cosy, spacious and lovingly renovated with natural materials.
Tha apartment is very close to both UniqueStay hotel and Grand Hotel Tallinn.

The Northern Estonia region

The North of Estonia is a place with lot of forests, rivers and lakes and is by the sea. Helsinki is 80 kilometres away (1,5 hours with a ferry). Tallinn is popular destination for people from Britain as Easy Jet started flying.

Tallinn Old Town is listed on UNESCO World Heritage list "considering that Tallinn is an outstanding and exceptionally complete and well preserved example of a medieval northern European trading city that retains the salient features of this unique form of economic and social community to a remarkable degree."

The Open Air Museum is also located in Tallinn "a unique collection of old Estonian buildings on a 79-hectare expanse of seaside land."

Cafe Mademeoiselle which is located in Grand Hotel Tallinn is just across the road with its tasty "buns, rolls and cakes that have been made in the house."

New dance club was opened year ago 500m away called von Überblingen (close enough to go by foot and far enough not to hear the noise).

How to get there

You can get to Tallinn with EasyJet and with the local companies Estonian Air, Air Baltics(through Riga) and FlyLAL (through Vilnius and Riga)
Tallinn is a major port also with good connections by ship with Germany, Finland and Sweden one of the companies is Tallink
Also you can come with a bus and train ( from Moscow and St. Petersburg)
Nearby the apartment there is one good car hire company B3.ee
If you rent the apartment for at least two nights we will arrange the transfer to the apartment from any point of arrival in Tallinn.
Bus and trolleybus stops are also nearby.
You can get to the apartment with a taxi (15EUR) or bus nr.2 from the airport and afterwards trolleybus nr.1 from Kaubamaja or bus nr.40 from Viru Keskus and get off at the Hotel Tallinn stop.

A 20% deposit payment through PayPal is expected to confirm the booking the rest is paid in cash or through PayPal on arrival.
100EUR Deposit for Damage is expected to be paid in cash upon arrival. This is refundable on check out in case there are no damages to the property.

*A booking fee of 40% is paid beforehand. The booking fee is refundable 100% if canceled 14 days before the check in date and is not refundable if canceled less than 14 days before check in date.
