This stylish apartment has 3 bedrooms (including one larger master bedroom) and 2 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The apartment is brand new, situated on the 1st floor (with elevator), in a secure building with gated access. The apartment faces south-east with views over Talamanca Bay.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included: bed linens, towels, flatscreen LCD TV, A/C in all bedrooms, washer/dryer, etc... Plus, it's so close to the beach, you can be taking a swim within 30 seconds! Talamanca Beach is a very popular area where you can find several cafes and restaurants as well as the lovely beach. The property is conveniently located 5 minutes from Ibiza town and 5 minutes from the Pasha disco.

The Ibiza region
The town of Ibiza is also the island´s focal point. Here you will find most bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs. If not in Ibiza Town itself, any other clubs (Privilege, Amnesia, Space, etc...) are easily accessible within 15 minutes. The old town of Ibiza (known as Dalt Vila) is situated on top of a small hill overlooking the sea. Surrounded by a fortress, the stronghold still proudly dominates the bay and the harbour at her feet. Just south from Ibiza Town are the suburbs of Figueretas and Playa d'en Bossa with chiringuitos (beach restaurants), Space nightclub, the beaches of Salinas and the airport (less than 15 minutes from town).
Talamanca area
Talamanca is very near to Ibiza and to the Marina known as Botafoch. Though in the heart of the action, it remains less noisy than other places and is home to a lovely city beach, restaurants (including Sa Punta only a short walk away), bars and cafes.
A small supermarket where you can buy the daily groceries is nearby , about 100 from the apartment !
A Shuttle boat goes between Marina Botafoch and the Marina in the old City of Ibiza every 20 min. !
Another advantage of Talamanca is that grocery shopping, banking, post office, etc. can be done in Jesus (2 minutes away by car) to avoid the Ibiza summer crowds. Jesus also has great pizzerias, Thai food and local restaurants.
How to get there
Ibiza is easily accessible from the UK via a daily flight on Ryanair and several other low-cost carriers such as EasyJet from Heathrow, Stansted, Luton and Gatwick airports. Now Ryanair also offers winter flights from Italy. Check airlines such as Transavia, EasyJet, Ryanair, ClickAir, Vueling, Air Europa and Spanair.
In summer (June 10 through September 30), there are flights from anywhere in Europe direct to Ibiza.
Daily ferries are also available from Alicante (summer) and Denia and Barcelona , every day of the week.
